The staff was very courteous and friendly but the room I stayed was the executive suite but inside there are alot of cockroaches in the room and shower room. Also, the water in the shower needs more water and pressure for me to enjoy my shower time.
I forgot to mention that my safebox in the room was broken and it took them a very long time to come and visit my room. I called them alot of time for follow.
I gave 3 stars for the staff and my cleaning guy on the 6f but 2 stars for the hotel room. I expected more because its an executive suite.

Check in / front desk and guards are very helpful and they always greeted you with a smile. The place is very clean and new, just a simple suggestions, it would be nice if there’s a kitchen towel, pot holder to use inside the unit and instead of a small oven toaster, i think microwave will be more useful and additional socket adaptor for small kitchen appliances would be better as well, but overall experinece is excellent! The operator is also very considerate, almost forgot to mention that! you!

Location is good. Room is very spacious. Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement -- we had the floor cleaned when we arrived because if felt sticky. After being mopped, floor became sticky again when it dried up. Chairs have stains. The desk has sticky stains too. Refrigerator is not clean. The bathroom has only one drain, which is in the shower. The shower is not fully enclosed and there's also no shower curtain -- so the bathroom / toilet area stays wet unless it is mopped or water is pushed to the shower area. We stayed for 3 nights. We noticed that dirty plates from room service are not collected promptly (like dishes have been in the hallway for more than 24 hours). Housekeeping staff are nice, but some staff in the reception are unfriendly. There were loud young guests during our stay who loitered in the hallways and fire exit. Staff dealt with them only after complaining a few times.
