"Kind people, good service, nice room swimmingpool small but relaxing"

"Brilliant in all aspects. Lovely staff and fantastic service and awesome food. Spa is amazing and the outdoors therme pool is wonderful and warm. Highly recommend this awesome hotel and its amazing staff and spa. The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would. Secondly you get an allocated table for each meal for each day. It never changes which can become stale. However the staff were amazing and let us shift around...

För morgonkaffe eller ligga i solsängarna för en lugn dag.Uppskattar uppvärmt rum för att torka pjäxor och förvara skidor. Hade varit trevligt med en resturang, om man inte vill gå ut. "Excellent hotel with a good location. The pool and wellness area really add to the experience and provided nice recreation after a day on the slopes. The breakfast was mediocre for a hotel in this price range. We also found the staff a bit inattentive throughout our stay, but all in all would definitely consider this hotel for another stay in Bad Gastein."

"Room was great and the cleaning staff were wonderful. Be aware that this is not the mother property and in order to check in and check out, you have to go to a different hotel down the street. There is almost no front desk staff at this location ever. The breakfast (in the mother hotel) is wonderful!"
