Welcome to our beautiful, newly refurbished 50sqm apartment building directly at the Hamburger UKE in Eppendorf. The apartment is very cozy and practical and can accommodate up to 6 people, so you can feel at home during a vacation, a business trip or as part of a UKE treatment,

Süßes Apartment in Hamburg Eppendorf

Super Gastgeber, freundlich und schreibt schnell zurück. Das Apartment war wie beschrieben, die Lage ist gut.Nur das Badezimmer war ein kleiner Schock - es ist wirklich ca 3,5 qm klein. Man muss über das Klo steigen um duschen zu können. Unmöglich ein Kind zu duschen. Wir sind zum Glück alle sehr schlank, ansonsten wäre es nicht benutzbar gewesen.

Tolle Lage in Eppendorf

Das Appartement ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Achtung nur: Die Schlafzimmer sind Durchgangszimmer und das SZ mit der Leiter nach oben hat keinen eigenen Eingang zum Flur.

Perfekte Wohlfühloase in toller Lage

Wir haben in Ninas Wohnung mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern ein paar wunderbar vorweihnachtliche Tage verbracht! Nach ausführlichen Spaziergängen und Shoppingrunden in Eppendorf und Besuchen auf den Weihnachtsmärkten haben wir uns in der Wohnung wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ninas Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man als kleine Familie benötigt - von der kleinen super ausgestatteten Küche mit Kaffeepadmaschine, bis zum Fön und Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen und Waschmaschine, Wlan und Internet TV ist alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist wirklich noch gemütlicher und stylisher, als auf den Fotos gezeigt. Selten haben wir in einer so sauberen Ferienwohnung gewohnt. Check-in und check-out waren dank der Codes flexibel und einfach. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die Gastro und Shopping Tipps, die Nina uns zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Alles rundherum ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Der Abschied viel uns schwer! Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Gute Unterkunft

Gut renovierte Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Wohngegend, direkt am UKE. Das Parken war aufgrund der Vorabinformationen kein Problem; täglich ein Parkticket für 10,-€. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet, sie ist gut eingerichtet. Die Küche ist klein aber ausreichend; das Kochfeld sehr klein und zum wirklichen Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten nicht ausreichend. Bei kleinen Problemen wäre ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort wichtig. Leider war in den Informationen weder eine Telefonnummer noch ein direkter Ansprechpartner hinterlegt. Das war, als die Heizung im Bad zeitweise nicht warm wurde, sehr unangenehm. Hier muss der Anbieter die Kommunikation verbessern.

Good location for shopping and transportation

Overall clean. We had to buy our own toilet paper (3 rolls for 2 people for an 11 day stay. The bathroom was VERY tiny. The toilet situated so close to the shower that you couldn't sit on it straight. The step down from the shower was very steep and we had a hard time hanging on to something to get out of it. The 2nd bedroom I would not recommend for older adults. Children would be fine. The ladder to the bed is very steep. The washing machine worked well, as so the stove and oven. NO air conditioning. No fans either. I would not recommend for people 65 and over. The four floors to drag a large suitcase up was very hard on us. There are no elevators. Shopping for groceries was fairly close. There were a couple of cafes close by for fresh bread and pastries and one or two pubs to grab a quick meal and a beer in the evening. There is a nice park nearby and other shopping stores, drugstores, etc. within walking distance. Depending where you want to go, there are bus lines within walking distance too.

Einfach perfekt!!!

Wir durften eine Woche in der schönen Wohnung wohnen. Neben der schönen Einrichtung, dem Stuck an den Decken, zwei gemütliche Schlazimmer, ein Wohn- Esszimmer mit Fernseher, Küche/ Bad, fehlte es an nichts. Das Einchecken war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin per Email war sehr freundlich, zusätzlich gab es einen Telefonnummer bei Fragen und Problemen. Es war angenehm ruhig im Haus und in der Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés in der Nähe. Das UKE liegt direkt vor der Tür. Fußläufig sind Bushaltestellen zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einfach perfekt!!!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr ruhig gelegen

Wir waren Ende März 2023 zu Gast in der Ferienwohnung Schute in HH-Eppendorf, die in einer sehr ruhigen Straße in unmittelbarer Nähe des Uniklinikums gelegen ist. Es gibt drei Bushaltestellen in nächster Umgebung, einen Edeka-Supermarkt, zwei Restaurants und ein Café in kurzer fußläufiger Entfernung. Mit Bus und U-Bahn ist man in ca. zwanzig Minuten am Dammtorbahnhof oder in der Innenstadt am Rathaus. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig im vierten OG (ohne Aufzug) gelegen, die Doppelbetten (davon das eine ein großes Hochbett) verfügen über sehr gute Matratzen. Bad und Küche sind zwar klein, aber wie die gesamte Wohnung sehr sauber und geschmsckvoll wie funktional eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden (u.a. Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und ausreichende Kochutensilien). Die Gastgeberin versorgte uns mit vielen hilfreichen Infos und Tippszu Restaurants, Cafés,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Verkehrsverbindungen). Wer mit dem Auto anreist sollte beachten, dass mitterweile auch Eppendorf komplett als Anwohnerparkzone ausgewiesen ist und dass man deshalb nicht um ein Parkhaus herumkommt. Mit einem HVV-Tages- oder Gruppenticket ist man aber auch so in der Stadt preisgünstig mobil. Sehr hilfreich ist die HVV-App. Wir kommen sehr gerne wiederund bedanken uns bei Nina für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für eine 4 köpfige Familie. Leider etwas weit weg von der U-Bahn und parken ist ein Albtraum, insbesondere nachts. Wird eventuell besser mit dem Anwohnerparken.

Beautiful!

We loved the apartment, it was clean and quiet and very safe. The only issue is that there is no elevator, so if you have trouble with stairs, this could be a concern as it is 4 flights up. We didnt mind the stairs and thought it was great to be at the top as the breeze was so refreshing.

Schöne Woche in Eppendorf

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben alles was wir brauchten vorgefunden, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Adresse ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen. Das große Problem für uns waren die Treppen bis in die 4. Etage. Wir sind nicht mehr die Jüngsten, daher ist es also unser persönliches Problem gewesen.

Schöne, helle, saubere Ferienwohnung

Es ist eine moderne, saubere Wohnung, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. ABER: auf dem Hochbett kann kein kleineres Kind schlafen, da die Matratze genau so hoch ist wie die oberste Kante, daher KEIN Rausfallschutz...das Bad ist sehr klein, man muss schon sehr erfinderisch sein um irgendwie Platz zu haben (vorallem mit Kind) und Abstellmöglichkeiten sind nicht vorhanden Die Küche ist aufs nötige eingerichtet. Man könnte dennoch einiges an Geschirr nachkaufen (z.B Teller in unterschiedlichen Größen oder Eierbecher) Es sind nur ein paar Tipps, daher ist die Wohnung nicht schlecht

Tolle Wohnung, super Lage.

Die Wohnung von Nina war perfekt: sie liegt direkt am UKE in Eppendorf und man sich hier abends nach einem anstrengend Tag richtig gut erholen. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und man fühlt sich richtig zu Hause. Einfach nur weiter zu empfehlen!

Sehr kleine Wohnung mit schlechtem Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis

Die Wohnung sieht leider auf dem Bildern sehr viel geräumiger aus als sie ist. Wir waren zwei Paare und die Einteilung der Zimmer lässt eigentlich nur zu, dass man als Paar mit Kindern in der Wohnung wohnt. Ein Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer das mit dem Begriff en-suite leider etwas unglücklich beschrieben ist. Das Bad mit unter 2m2 Grösse ohne separate Toilette ist für weniger Leute vielleicht in Ordnung, für uns war es einfach anstrengend. Für den verlangten Preis sollte man etwas anderes erwarten dürfen. In der Anzeige steht das die Wohnung für 6 Leute mit gehobenen Ansprüchen an Wohn-Komfort ist - das ist schlichtweg falsch. Wirklich schade.
