Your temporary home is in a quiet apartment building on the 1st floor. The bright 3 room apartment is modern, with 2 deluxe box spring double beds (2x2m) and a large L-bed couch (5th-6th Pers.) Equipped.

The modern kitchen in the "food truck style" includes a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator and a stove with ceramic hob / oven.

The spacious bathroom has a shower, the toilet is separate.

A 46 inch flat screen with DVB T2 TV, as well as DSL Internet access (WiFi) are available.

Close to a wide variety of restaurants. Easy to access the Underground, just a 15 minute walk away. Grocery store close by. Walk along the lake is nearby and very peaceful

Die Lage des Appartements innerhalb Hamburgs ist speziell für Reisende, die sich vor allem mit dem Fahrrad durch die Stadt bewegen möchten, nahezu perfekt. Über die hervorragend ausgebauten Radwege entlang der Außen- und Binnenalster ist das Zentrum Hamburgs vollkommen entspannt zu erreichen und im Weiteren dann auch andere wichtige touristische Destinationen wie Speicherstadt und Landungsbrücken. In unmittelbarer Nähe findet man auf dem Mühlenkamp alles was sonst wichtig ist: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und jede Menge Einkehrgelegenhetien in großen und kleinen Restaurants, Cafes und Bars. Das Appartement selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Speziell in der Küche haben wir nichts vermisst. Daß das Bad nicht sehr groß ist, hat uns nicht gestört. Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann ist es der fehlende, zum Appartement gehörende Stellplatz für ein Fahrzeug. Uns ist aber klar, daß daran nur wenig zu machen ist. Die Parksituation ist überaus schwierig, es gibt viele Ein- und Beschränkungen, die nicht immer sofort ersichtlich sind. Wir haben erst im dritten Versuch einen geeignetn Platz in den Gellertstrasse gefunden, da wir das Auto während des Aufenthalts komplett stehen lassen wollten. Aber so wars dann gut. Ein Hinweis für alle Ortfremden: im Umfeld des Appartements gibt es Strassen, die nur in eine Richtung befahren werden dürfen, punkt 12 aber die Fahrtriichtung wechseln. 4 Uhr früh wird dann erneut gewechselt. Das ist sehr ungewohnt.

Top Ferienwohnung. Direkt an der Außenalster, Haltestelle, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig in der Nähe. Einrichtung lädt zum Wohlfühlen und entspannen ein. Kommen auf jeden fall wieder.

Gute Lage
Wohnung an sich in Ordnung, eenn auch das eine oder andere zu bemängeln ist. Spinngewebe mit mehreren Spinnen in der Küche zwischen Schrank Toaster und Fenster. Den Toaster haben wir nicht benutzt. Mikrowelle fehlt. Lange Hausordnung mit vielem was untersagt ist. Aber eine Beschreibung wie man den Fernseher in Gang bringt, Fehlanzeige. Bei einer Belegung mit vier Personen ist eine Dusche un nur eine Toilette unzureichend, insbesondere bei einer Checkoutzeit von 10:00 Uhr. Wie jetzt angeboten sogar für 6 Personen völlig weltfremd. Preis / Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Vermiterin war telefonisch nicht zu erreichen. Rückruf erfolgte auch keiner.

Schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter ÖPNV-Anbindung
Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz, ist ansprechend und praktisch eingerichtet, und gut gelegen. Es gibt mehrere Bus-Linien, die innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind und entweder direkt zum Ziel oder zum nächsten S-/U-Bahnhof fahren. In der Umgebung gibt es außerdem mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Einzig das Parken war etwas schwierig, da momentan mehrere Baustellen in den Seitenstraßen sind, von denen man aber so nichts weiter gehört hat.
