Reliable, clean, and well-located budget option A solid, dependable budget hotel that delivers exactly what you need for a short stay. It is very clean, tidy, and offers great value for money. Location & Walkability The location was convenient for my needs, though the immediate surrounding area is quite quiet with little going on. However, it is easily walkable: Central Station: ~20 minutes City Centre: ~25–30 minutes Opera House: ~30–35 minutes Food & Amenities The food is decent. Breakfast is adequate and gets the job done, though it could be a bit more varied. A nice touch is the selection of loose-leaf teas available at breakfast. Room for Improvement The main downside was the lack of complimentary bottled water in the room, which would be a welcome addition. Overall A good, no-frills hotel that I would happily recommend if you are looking for clean, affordable accommodation in Hamburg.

We stayed here for several days and overall everything was excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb — not a single complaint. Breakfast buffet is great, definitely worth it. The rooms were on the smaller side, but it didn’t affect our stay. The only thing that would have made long stays easier is if they had laundry services. Customer service was a bit hit and miss. Some of the reception staff were super friendly, others not so much — that’s the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. Would stay again though!

Incredibly nice and helpful staff, breakfast more than enough. One light switch made the lights flicker but nothing that bothered us. Nice and cool room, got very dark with the curtains pulled which was great. Not much to complain about at all!

A warm welcome, a tidy and comfortable room. Breakfast was exactly as expected and well needed ahead of 3 days of walking around town. Awesome supermarket next door. Happy hour was a nice touch. €3 for a large beer went down a treat. Close enough to the HBF. Possibly a little far out for the main attractions if you're planning on walking. It's an hour from St Pauli bunker and ~50 mins from the tourist hub by the river. All in all, a wonderful experience

Disliked: Staff & service
Extremely rude staff told me I couldn´t stay there because I arrived with my dog. I made alternate arrangements for the dog to stay but they were not good enough for the night auditor. He told me he would give me a refund took my credit card number but then when I asked for it in writing he said he can´t because he doesn´t have the authority and that I would have to talk to the manager.
