sehr schlechte Abwickung im Bereich Buchungsbestätigung bis Zimmerübergabe/ Beschwerdemanagement. Unseriöse Vermittlung von Zimmereigenschaften, die mit BUchungsbestätigung überhapt nicht mit Realität übereinzubringen ist. Auch Beschwerdemanagement ist miserabel bis hin zu nicht vorhandenen Kompensationsbereitschaft, zu kleines Zimmer und keine Poolnutzung. Das motiviert nicht zu einer weiteren Buchung mit diesen Systembedigungen - es gibt halt auch Alternativen für den Preis. MfG G. Richter-Sandvoß

An dem Zimmer gibt es wenig auszusetzen. Das WC und die Dusche waren sauber, das Bett gemütlich und man hat sogar einen Mini-Kühlschrank im Schreibtisch! Einzig die fehlende Steckdose am Bett ist mir aufgefallen. Es gibt eine am Schreibtisch, aber sonst habe ich nichts gefunden. Kann auch nur am Zimmer gelegen haben. Ansonsten war ich zufrieden.

Lage des Hotels ist gut, nur 5 min. von U Bahn entfernt. Ab 18:00 hatten wir kein warmes Wasser und das mit Kindern ,das geht gar nicht. Die Lüftung im Bad schnarrte die ganze Nacht .

Die Tiefgarage war einwenig zu niedrig, wenn 2,20 m dran steht erwarte ich überall in der Garage 2,20 m und keine Rohre die niedriger hängen, davon abgesehen war sie sehr beengt und kelin, für meinen Transporter recht unbequem. Die Gebühren von 12 Euro pro Tag, auch etwas hoch, 8 Eurohätten auch gereicht.

Udmærket til prisen

Hjælpsomme folk i receptionen, der er gode til engelsk og hjalp os med forslag til et åbent restaurant område (vi kom søndag aften). Der 1,5- 2 km til shoppinggaden og rådhuset. Fin gåtur. Morgenmaden udmærket til prisen, men kaffen en kedelig filter type, der smagte besk (fra termokander) Parkering til 12 euro i kælderen under hotellet. Dejlig tæt på. Værelserne også fine, rummelige og rene. Gode madrasser dog med tunge vattæppe dyner. Der er en blæser på værelset, så man ikke behøver at have vinduet åbent (det er ud til en stor trafikeret vej).

Greit hotell.

Helt greit hotell, men området ( Hamburg smitte) er preget av renovering. Noen minutter å gå til nærmeste U-barne (Berliner Tor). Også grei frokost. Innsjekking og utsjekking gikk flott. Hyggelig betjening. Greit rom for en natt eller to. Meget trafikkert vei ved hotellet.

Good stay for one night

Stayed one night, bed was uncomfortable. Nice bathroome and nice big room with sofas. The hotel staff was wery friendly. Location is very central and its easy to walk to nearest U/S-bahn - Berlin Tor, and to get around in Hamburg.

Fint ophold. Hotellet er old school 90’er look, men ganske udemærket. Lidt hård seng! Dejlig morgenbuffet med i prisen og alt i alt et udemærket sted som jeg sagtens kunne finde på at komme tilbage til.

Das Zimmer war sauber und groß genug. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Verkehrsanbindung zur Innenstadt war sehr gut, da die Haltestelle Berliner Tor in der Nähe ist.

Godt sted at overnatte

Dejligt hotel, selvom hotellet ligger ud til stærkt befærdet gade, var der ingen gener fra trafikstøj, på grund af dobbelte fortsatsvinduer. Værelset opfyldte basale behov, og absolut ingen fejl på bad og toilet. Eneste - var mangel, inden ankomst var oplysning om fp2 maske påbud. Super hotel tak.
