Das Personal war freundlich, das Zimmer sauber. Leider war die Dichtung am Fenster undicht, sodass es gezogen hat. Jedoch haben wir einfach den Vorhang vorgezogen, hat zwar etwas gedauert bis es warm wurde, aber ging dann. Eine Ablage näher an der Toilette und ein Handtuchhalter in der Nähe des Waschbeckens wären wünschenswert, aber hat den Aufenthalt nicht verschlechtert.

Anfang November. Bei Ankunft war Fenster offen, das nur vom Personal geschlossen werden konnte (fehlender Griff), somit war das Zimmer deutlich unterkühlt. Und erst noch einmal ein Gang zur Rezeption. Lampe am Bett links war defekt, Lampe am Bett rechts hatte Wackelkontakt, bei der Bodenlampe fehlte die Birne. Personal hat das geprüft, aber keine Lösung oder anderes Zimmer angeboten. Gottseidank funktionierte die Schreibtischlampe … Mosaik-Fliesen in der Dusche abgeschabt, altersbedingt. Nur ein Aufzug in Betrieb, man wartet da mal etwas länger. Frühstück gut, daher noch 3 Sterne.

Die Dame beim Check In war sehr arrogant. Sie fragte, ob ich mit dem Auto gekommen bin. Ich sagte ja. "Dann buche ich die 15 Euro noch nach" war ihre Reaktion. Auf meine Frage, weshalb, sagte sie "weil das Parken 15 Euro pro Tag kostet". Ich: ich parke hier ja aber nicht". Sie: aber sie haben doch gesagt, dass sie mit dem Auto gekommen sind. Ich: ja, das war ja auch ihre Frage. Von Parken war nicht die Rede. Sie (sehr abfällig): Na, das war ja wohl klar, dass ich das meine. Weshalb sollte ich sonst fragen, ob sie mit dem Auto gekommen sind!? Habe dann darauf nicht mehr geantwortet...war mir zu dumm. Zimmer: Das Zimmer war für mich alleine groß genug und es war sauber. Nett war die kostenlose Flasche Appolinaris. Die Matratze in meinem Bett war allerdings total durchgelegen (hatte schon eine "Mulde), sodass es eine unruhige und für meinen Rücken eine schmerzhafte Nacht war. Das Bad war ebenfalls sauber. In der Dusche war der Wasserdruck allerdings so gering, dass ich schon fast mit der Nase an der Wand stand, um vollständig unter dem Duschstrahl zu stehen. Frühstück: Dies ist ja immer individuelle Ansichtssache. Für mich, als sich gesund ernährender Sportler, war es großartig. Alles da, was man braucht. Quark, Joghurt, Haferflocken, kleine Vollkornbrötchen, Rührei, verschieden Früchte, verschiedene Wurst und Käsesorten und und und... Die Dame am Empfang beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Geen 2 persoons dekens. Het 2 persoons bed was letterlijk 2 1 persoons bedden aan elkaar geschoven. Kussens voelen als opblaas kussens. Zit naast een was straat waar veel mensen naast de auto met muziek staan, zeer storend als je in een teams meeting zit of wil slapen. Personeel is vriendelijk, eten is goed, parkeren moet je mee opletten want ze rekenen zo 4 euro extra per dag.
