Populärt förortshotell

Snygg anläggning med trevliga rum och en välkänt god restaurang. Stort fint rum med uteplats men för mörkt enligt vår smak. Mycket god mat på kvällen. Vi tog köksmästarens överraskning i 3 rätter med tillhörande viner och det var både gott och spännande. Fantastiskt kunnig och rolig sommelier. Enda negativa var att den reservation till middag vi gjort när vi reserverade hotellet hade man missat, och vi fick vänta i 2 timmar på att få plats.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in ansprechender Umgebung. Besonders der wunderbare Garten mit dem ausgezeichneten Restaurant hat es uns angetan. Waren nicht das letzte Mal dort!

Im Grunde ein hübsches Haus. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, wenn auch keine Highlight. Die Qualität des Frühstücks war hervorragend und die 25 Euro durchaus wert. Was nicht sonderlich toll war, ist der Service. Wir wollten etwas als Hotelgäste in der Bar trinken. Plätze waren mehr als genug vorhanden. Wir wurden aber gebeten unseren Tee auf unserem Zimmer zu uns zu nehmen, da es an Personal mangelt und auswärtige Gäste schon nicht angenommen wurden. Es wäre diesen Gästen unfair gegenüber, wenn wir als Hotelgäste dann unser Getränk an der Bar zu uns nehmen würden. Der Sinn erschließt sich mir bis heute nicht, da der Tee ja eh zubereitet wurde. Das war schräg und hoffentlich nicht der Anspruch des Hauses. Die Rechnung habe ich lustigerweise erst sehen dürfen, nachdem ich den angesagten Betrag bezahlt habe. Dann wurde mir die Rechnung ausgehändigt. Lustige Reihenfolge, aber sei es drum. Ich denke im Service ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Sehr viel. Wir bedenken, bitte das eine Übernachtung über 200 € gekostet hat. Ohne Frühstück, wohlgemerkt. Bis auf das Frühstück, das wirklich super war, hätte es auch ein Ibis oder ein anderes Mittelklassehotel getan.

Tolles Hotel !

Sehr schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes und dadurch ein sehr gemütliches Hotel! Zur Abfahrt Bahrenfeldt ist es nicht weit und trotzdem weit genug, so dass man ruhig schlafen kann.

Ruhige Lage in Hamburger Vorort

Nach einer netten Begrüßung erhielten wir unsere über Expedia bestellten Zimmer. Leider gab es zwischen Expedia und dem Hotel Übermittlungsprobleme, da das Mindestalter für Kinder wohl differieren. Mit der Folge, dass die bestellten Doppelzimmer als Einzelzimmer geführt wurden. Was aber kein Problem war, da es eh Doppelzimmer waren. Die Zimmer sind sehr angenehm, an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas schlecht renoviert oder verbesserungswürdig. Ein besonders nettes Zeichen der Gastfreundschaft ist der bereit gestellte Port-Wein - ein schöner Tagesausklang. Die Hotelräumlichkeiten sind gepflegt und sehr freundlich gestaltet.

Schönes, privat geführtes Hotel

Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet und bietet ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Hauptgebäude. Nach einem sehr freundlichen Empfang wurden wir persönlich zu unserem Zimmer gebracht. Aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen um 30°C war es im Zimmer sehr warm, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr schön, wenn auch das Bad nicht auf dem neuesten Stand ist. Hier könnte einmal renoviert werden. Davon abgesehen können wir dieses Hotel allen Reisenden empfehlen, die auf Individualität und persönlichen Service Wert legen.

Ideales Wochenende in Hamburg

Wir waren zwei Tage im Landhaus Flottbek, um unseren Sohn abzuholen, der ein Jarh als Austauschstudent in Hamburg verbracht hatte. Das Hotel war perfekt gelegen - direkt neben dem GHTGC, wo er Hockey gespielt hat und mit guten Verkehrsverbindungen in die Stadtmitte, damit wir auch etwas von der Stadt miterleben konnten. Das Zimmer und das Restaurant sowie die Umgebung hat uns sehr gefallen und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich.

Remodeled horse barn and club, has a lot of personality. I wanted something unique and it was. I stayed in the largest room, lovely sheets and linens, very comfortable bed. The restaurant is the actual barn remodeled. Breakfast was good. The hotel has only 25 rooms and is in an upscale quiet neighborhood but we hired taxis to get around which was better than walking to the station 15min. Walk away in the rainy weather in February. Lovely couples break for us.
