Worst quality toilet paper, great location.

This appartment is in a great location for seeing this wonderful city. Check in, although not personal, was remarkably good. Fridge noisy, bed noisy, a little olive oil salt and pepper would have been nice. We didn't need it , but a cutting board in the kitchen should be provided. The toilet paper provided was of the very worst quality! 😀

Schönes Appartment aber nicht sauber.

Ich war das erste Mal im Ipartment und hab mich auf ein Apartment mit Balkon gefreut, leider habe ich dies nicht bekommen. Die Bilder und sogar der Raumplan hatten online auf Hotels.com den Balkon angezeigt, jedoch wurde lediglich ein normales XS Apartment gebucht. Dies war für mich nicht ersichtlich, da die Bilder eben den Plan und sogar Bilder des Balkons gezeigt haben. Nach sofortiger Reklamation bei Ipartment wurde erstmal gar nicht reagiert. Zwei Tage später war jemand persönlich in der Unterkunft und wies jegliche Sdhuld von sich und sagt lediglich dass das wortwörtlich mein Pech sei, ich mich bei Hotels.com beschweren soll und es keine freien Zimmer mit Balkon gibt. Also achtet bei eurer Buchung drauf was ihr bucht. Ansonsten war das Zimmer auch nicht sehr sauber, auf dem Bett waren lange braune Haare die als blonder Mann mit kurzen Haaren nicht von mir sein können. Zusätzlich fand ich ein Haarband in der Ritze zwischen Matratze und Kopfteil vom Bett, was die Frage aufwirft wie und ob überhaupt das Bett frisch bezogen wurde. Zusätzlich hat das Bett bei jeder Bewegung Geräusche von sich gegeben. Die Ausstattung der Küche war super, ebenso der große Kühlschrank und die kleine Spülmaschine. Dass die Dusche keine Türe hat ist eine Fehlkonstruktion, das Wasser spritzt und läuft einfach nur so ins Bad und ggf. ins Zimmer wenn man die Schiebetür nicht schließt. Unterm Strich war der Aufenthalt okay aber ich hab für meinen Preis nicht bekommen was gebucht.

Toller Aufenthalt über den Jahreswechsel

Mein Freund und ich haben das Apartment über den Jahreswechsel gebucht und waren absolut zufrieden! Das Apartment hat erst im Dezember eröffnet und wir waren eine der ersten Gäste. Die Lage ist absolut klasse - direkt in der Speicherstadt. Es gibt einige kleine Cafés und Restaurants sowie ein Edeka direkt im umliegenden Bereich. Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr hochwertig und modern ausgestattet und eignet sich super für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu zweit oder für längere Zeit. Aufgrund eines Buchungsfehlers haben wir erst ein kleineres Zimmer ohne Balkon bezogen, anstandslos wurde uns direkt ein anderes Zimmer mit den entsprechenden Annehmlichkeiten und sogar einer höheren Kategorie zur Verfügung gestellt. Frau Schulte, die Managerin vor Ort, hat sich persönlich um uns gekümmert. Sie war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Service sowie das Apartment selbst waren absolut klasse! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Als Hinweis - es lohnt sich eine Kategorie mit Balkon zu buchen.

Weekend at a great location to be out and about

We stayed for two nights as a couple. For a weekend perfect for longer the bed and room would need to be a bit bigger. Bathroom very good, kitchen everything you need but only one chairs to sit so you couldn't have breakfast etc. Also expected a small coffee table and not only a long desk. The location is amazing. 15 minutes walk into the center, bakery, grocery shop, restaurants, bars around the corner.
