the hotel is placed fantastic that’s why I use it down a negative thing I have to say was that it seems like I was disturbing the receptionist when I arrived at 9 o’clock but it’s legal to have a bad day Nice breakfast And the room was clean and working, okay

Perfect stay in Hamburg

I like the hotel position, near Rail Station and City Center. The room was perfect, clean and cozy. Many TV channels including Italian national channels I like to watch for news and sports. The breakfast was almost perfect.

Good location and an OK stay

Chosen for location next to main station, the whole experience was good from start to finish. Room was spacious, WiFi was good, breakfast of a good standard. Small negatives were the weak air-con (I was glad it was not a hot night), the horrible plastic undersheets (I slept on the spare duvet), tiny bathroom and low water pressure.

A relaxing + comfortable overnight stay in Hamburg

Very good location across the street from the Hauptbahnhof and close to the main shopping area. Easy access to the metro in order to visit other areas of Hamburg I.e St Pauli. The hotel is nicely decorated and well maintained. The room allocated was spacious, very clean and very comfortable. There was a fridge and a bottle of free water in the room. The breakfast provided was very good with hot and cold options available. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider the hotel again if I was revisiting Hamburg.

Friendly hotel

Refurbished hotel, Staff friendly and helpful and the hotel is extremely clean and tidy. Ideally situated close to central railway station. Would recommend.

Perfect Position at the Main station

Perfect Position of the Hotel near Main Station and Shopping mile. Direct booking of the Hotel would provide Train Tickets for the whole Stay. The Room size is ok, but the Bath would Need a Bus more attention from the cleaning Team. Breakfast has a good selection of Food.

Very convenient location near Central station. Room is big enough to feel confortable. Only one thing i did not like was a big staion remained on floor carpet near desk. Looks like a stain with face cream or someting while. Other than that very good.

Great for transport connections. Spacious bedroom and comfortable bed. Double glazing cuts noise effectively. Air con was set at 19. I couldn't adjust it to lower temperature despite repeated attempts. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and dining room was pleasant.

Nice place to stay in the city

Very convenient hotel for a short city break. You can access very easily to all city service. Very close to the main train station and the Kunsthalle. A lot of restaurants are located nearby

This hotel was much better than I had expected; while the lobby and room decor says it’s a hotel aimed at a business traveller rather than a tourist, the comfort of the room (great bed an pillows, heating controls that work well,, super view of Hamburg Hbf, room sound proofing, powerful hot shower) was a delight!
