Excellent hotel

The hotel is very clean, beds are very comfortable. We were on the first floor towards the street but could not hear anything from the street, neither from the neighbors. Very quiet. The front desk was outstanding. Very accommodating and helpful

This hotel is very good. The distanze to U-bahn Hamburger Strasse is 350mt. The crew is very kindly and has everyday a smile for customers. The cleaness is eccellent and also in the hall you can find free tea,,water and coffee, if you need It.

Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Das Bad war sauber, bis auf Sparflecken in den Ecken der Duschkabinentür. Der Duschkopf ließ sich nicht gut arretieren. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Beim Käse keine Auswahl. Die Bratwürstchen sahen wenig appetitlich aus. Bei dem Preis dürfte es gerne etwas besser sein.

Wir hatten das Hotel zum zweiten Mal besucht. Da wir beim ersten Mal zufrieden waren mit unserem Zimmer und dem Personal. Das Hotel ist vom Hauptbahnhof leicht zu erreichen mit der U-Bahn. Ein Rewe ist direkt neben dem Hotel und ein kleines Stück höher an der Straße, gibt es einen Aldi Nord für die Selbstversorgung. Wir waren wieder zufrieden mit unserem Zimmer und dem Personal. Auch das Frühstück war gut. Es gab eine gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Brötchen, Aufschnitt, Marmelade usw. Alles in allem top.

Das Hotel ist einfach gehalten, aber für einen Kurztrip absolut in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Es fehlten ausreichend Handtuchhalterungen im Bad und nur ein Kleiderhaken war im Zimmer vorhanden, dafür aber ein Kleiderschrank.

Gutes Hotel optimale Lage mit kleinen abstrichen

Hotel war gut nur 5 Minuten vom U-Bahnhof entfernt,auf dem Zimmer leider nur eine Badewanne unsere Tochter hatte eine Dusche da war das Zimmer super.Das Frühstück war gut, es fehlte leider das Toastbrot.Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
