Check in was easy and parking (under the hotel) was convenient. Breakfasts were excellent, good choice and well presented. The only slight problem was the lack of air conditioning but the window opened wide (and safely) so the hot weather was bearable.

The rooms were not so clean. They kept the windows open and there were usually some kind of insect in the room. They did not provide slippers even when we asked. They had a cheap parking outside but the garage was rather expensive. The location was convenient. You could walk 5 minutes to STADRAD bicycle station.

Bis auf das dass der Aufzug nicht immer ging waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Hotel liegt zentral man hat eine gute Anbindung mit U-Bahn oder Bus überall hin.Der Stadtpark befindet sich in der Nähe. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft liegt schön ruhig in einer Seitenstraße, ist aber direkt um die Ecke vom Stadtpark und mit dem ÖPNV sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Gegend und das Hotel haben uns sehr gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir konnten am Abreisetag unsere Koffer auch nach Check-Out noch im Hotel unterbringen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Heikotel am Stadtpark liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Bus und U-Bahn sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind groß, hell und ansprechend eingerichtet. Außerdem gibt es in den Zimmern eine Kapselkaffeemaschine und eine kleine Auswahl an Kaffeekapseln. So kann man sich jederzeit für wenig Geld einen frischen Kaffee selbst zubereiten. Die Minibar ist mit Wasser, Bier, Limo... gut bestückt. Die Preise für die Getränke sind günstig. Ein gutes WLAN steht während des Aufenthalts kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Nicht zu vergessen das Personal. Vom Empfang bis hin zum Zimmermädchen sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer in diesem Teil von Hamburg ein Hotel sucht, ist mit dem Heikotel sehr gut beraten.
