Super venlige ved ankomst. Vi ankom før planlagt og de var i gang med at smide nøglerne i en boks (super nemt system, hvis man kommer uden for åbningstid). Lækre værelser. Meget rummelige og fin altan. Min familie havde booket på samme sted og vi fandt skægkræ på alle tre værelser. Træls dyr at få med hjem. Vi gør opmærksomme på det ved afrejse og de virker ligeglade. Vi viser billeder af de 9 vi fandt på bare ét værelse og sender dem endda til dem - ingen respons andet end “det lyder ikke rart”. Vi får ordnet betaling og går derfra uden så meget som at have modtaget et lille “Beklager”, som i virkeligheden burde have været et “Beklager vores rengøring er mangelfuld og vi derfor har skadedyr”.

Hab bur eine Nacht vor einem Termin am frühen Morgen gebucht. Einchecken über Safe und Zusenden der Rechnung verlief ohne Probleme. Ruhige Umgebung, sauberes, zweckmäßiges Zimmer.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Service. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Auch die Verkehrsanbindung war fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!

Eine durchaus empfehlenswerte Adresse

Eine gute Uebernachtungsmöglichkeit bei bevorstehenden Operationen im nahegelegenen Krankenhaus Tabea! Wir bekamen vorher einen Anruf, wann wir denn am Sonntag einchecken wollten, da die Lobby nur bis 15 Uhr besetzt sei. Wir waren durch den Hamburger Verkehr etwas später dran, doch war die Empfangsdame noch da und begrüßte uns freundlich. Die Gaestehäuser sind in gutem Zustand, die Zimmer sauber und normal groß. Das Badezimmer ein extra Raum, leider fehlen ein paar Haken, um Handtücher und Wäsche ordentlich abzulegen. Sonst ok. Das Bett ist sehr gut, ein großes Kissen wäre empfehlenswert!Sonst ruhige Lage.

Das Personal ist rundum sehr freundlich. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer und auch alles andere sind modern und sehr gut. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut, in einer angenehmen, ruhigen Atmosphäre. Alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden und würde im Hotel Villa Rissen auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
