A great place to stay in Hamburg

The apartment is very nice. It is well furnished and very clean. Our hosts were friendly and eager to be of any assistance. The location is excellent. Only a few short blocks to the Niendorf Market where there are many shops, restaurants and the subway station. The train went directly to the convention center in 12 to 18 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. In all it is a great place to stay in Hamburg!

Wir waren 2 Nächte in diesem tollen Appartement. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Man ist mit der U-Bahn schnell in der Innenstadt. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gute Alternative zum Hotel

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig und dennoch verkehrsgünstig im wunderschönen Stadtteil Niendorf. Der Empfang durch die Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet. Für 2 Personen mit Hund ist die Wohnung einfach perfekt. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, mit Flachbild-TV, WLAN usw. Das Einkaufszentrum Tibarg sowie ein paar gute Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Ebenso die U-Bahn. Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen.

Da muss dringend investiert werden...

Das Objekt vermittelt im Internet einen deutlich besseren Eindruck als es der Realität. Das Appartment ist mit überflüssigen Möbeln völlig zugestellt. Die Küche ist wenig praktikabel (der Kühlschrank ist hinter dem Sofa und auch viel zu klein und kaum zu öffnen, der Geschirrspüler von Innen verrostet, der Herd piept dauerhaft, sobald man etwas auf ihm abstellt. Der Esstisch kippelt sobald man sich draufstützt. WLAN ist mäßig (geht auch gerne mal aus). Parkplätze vor der Tür sind eher selten und für mehr als 2 Personen ist das Appartment nicht geeignet. Am besten aber: Für 1,5 Tage fiel der Durchlauferhitzer aus und wir mussten von Samstag bis Montag mit kaltem Wasser leben. Das Einschalten eines Notdienstes lehnte der Vermieter aus Kostengründen ab, ein Nachlass auf die Miete wurde uns nicht mal angeboten. Wer unter 1 Woche bleiben will, sollte immer besser ins Hotel gehen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist großartig, sehr ruhig und nahe der U-Bahn Station. Die Wohnung ist genau wie abgebildet,mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr angenehm, hilfreich und immer erreichbar. Sehr gerne komme ich wieder.

Schöne Zweiraumwohnung um Hamburg zu entdecken

Mit 11 Monate altem Baby mussten wir etwas umdekorieren, aber das ließ sich schnell bewerkstelligen. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit Babybett sehr klein, aber das Sofa als Ausweichmöglichkeit super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und U-Bahn nur 5 Minuten entfernt.

Nettes Appartment in guter Lage

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Wohnung verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere vierjährige Tochter durfte allein das Schlafzimmer benutzen und hat dort geschlafen "wie zu Hause" (Zitat!). Wir, die Eltern, haben es uns im Wohnzimmer gemütlich gemacht. Hat auch wunderbar funktioniert und wir haben gut geschlafen. Die Ausstattung ist gut, es fehlt eigentlich nichts, außer vielleicht ein Backofen wenn man ihn denn benötigt. Wir haben meist außerhalb gegessen, deshalb war das kein Problem. Restaurants gibt es zahlreiche in der Nähe, Bestellservice ebenfalls. Die U-Bahn Station Joachim-Mähl-Strasse der Linie 2 ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. In die andere Richtung befindet sich in sieben Minuten Entfernung das Tibarg Center mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie die U-Bahn Station Niendorf Markt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und engagiert. Da wir aber die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren, hatten wir auch keine offenen Wünsche und waren auch so sehr zufrieden. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder buchen.

Niendorf Suite

Wir haben hier eine schnuckelige, helle und freundliche Ferienwohnung vorgefunden, in der wir uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt haben. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht um sich heimisch zu fühlen. Die Anbindung an die U-Bahn ist ausgezeichnet und in Niendorf Marktplatz hat man an Geschäften und Restaurants eine große Auswahl. Der Kontakt mit der Familie Siegert war hervoragend! Liebe Familie Siegert, wir kommen hier bei Bedarf sehr gerne wieder her! Liebe Grüße Familie Müller
