Very spacious and comfortable apartment in an old building close to the main railway station. Breakfast available in the nearby Novum hotel just around the corner. Decent price.

It’s good for the price and good place. Tourists can walk to many attractions in Hamburg.
Our room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The friendly receptionist at the nearby hotel, where we checked in, was kind to change our room, which did not have the same smell. Cleaning was however still sub-par. We chose the hotel for it’s convenient location close to the central train station, but the area is quite busy and not the most pleasant for kids.
Family Apartment was amazing for the price , very clean and tidy huge amout of space 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms , kitchen ,2 balcony
The only downside was the lift being out of order no good to anyone who cant climb stairs was a bit of a struggle to climb few times per day
Ideal place if you are visiting hamburg right next to central train station lots of public transportation and restaurants.

Central location, near by .S U bahn and Central Station. All places to go very convenient.
Staffs quite friendly and helpful (esp Mr.Apolo, at reception guy)
So far we stayed quite satisfied except but dangerous at night near by many homeless and drunken people outside coz of very conetral area.
The hotel is located near the Central Station which means it's very central in Hamburg.
They forget to tell you in the welcome mail that you need too check-in at the Moltke Graf hotel just around the corner 50m from Acora because we don't have a reception
Sadly because of the location there is a lot of doubtful people such as drug addicts and dealers, alcoholics, homeless, refugees etc residing near the hotel. Especially in the nighttime it's not that safe to go out.
I was offered drugs, sexual acts and people came really close to me begging if I had groceries. And this is just in 3 nights stay.
The room was actually fine. Clean, spaceus and with the most necessary things like a fridge and things to make a small meal.
If you plan to stay at home when it's dark outside, the room is quite comfortable and cozy.
Well. The placement of the hotel is very central, but the neighborhood is not nice at all. A lot of drug addict, lots of police cars controlling late at night, people shouting, homeless people sitting on the the stairs to the hotel doing drugs, homeless people peeing right in front of the hotel, etc.
I, as a woman, wouldn’t have felt safe staying there alone, but I was with my brother.
The room wasn’t in good condition. The tiles in the bathroom was very loose, so the tiles were moving around as you walked on them.
Quite dusty.
You need to check in and out at a hotel near by, 50 m from the acora hotel.
Wouldn’t stay there again.
Unable to open the door knob. The room needs to be fix. Elevator needs to be fix.

It was in a nice central location but it needs to be Made clearer which hotel one needs to check in. Got to the one that I was told too, then was directed to another hotel. The room needs to be fixed, some tiles are cracked and are lifting up. Overall it was fine to sleep in and have some food but would recommend that it needs updating. Also a lot of drunk people or those that take drugs sit outside. So it’s a bit uncomfortable when you are on your own.
There is no reception at the property, you need to walk some 150m to the hotel that manages these apartments. That doesn’t sound like a problem but the area around the station is the worst place I’ve experienced lately. Looked like a drug dealing spot, rowdiness during the night (we woke up to find broken bottles all kinds of stuff outside our building’s entrance. During the day it does not feel unsafe but if you’re planning to arrive/leave late at night or very early in the morning it might feel stressful.
Other than that, the rooms are basic. We thankfully got a ground floor apartment because as far as I understood the elevator does not work (and we had some luggage). Good spot for our 1-night layover in Hamburg but I’m not going to recommend it to anyone unless you get an awesome price for it.
Appalling. Booked it purely for location as due at the train station at 6.45 the next morning. The area of the apartment is horrific, really rough. Street covered in litter and broken glass, very drunk and aggressive homeless people lying on pavements and screaming at police, we saw 5 police attempt to move someone at the end of the street at 6.30am and he threw a bottle at them. Main door to the apartment is a meeting point for druggies and gangs. We arrived at 3.30pm and they were on the entrance steps and would not move. Eventually navigated our way around them but when we came back out we had to literally climb over them as they made comments to us that I didnt understand but were clearly threatening. Be warned - THIS IS LITERALLY ON THE DOORSTEP TO YOUR ACCOMMODATION. I have seen other reviews say the same. No staff or security presence on the premises. We did not feel safe all night. At 1am we were woken by a group screaming and shouting and sounding a siren repeatedly right outside our window. The room is dated, safe doesn't work, shower gel dispenser fell off the wall, shower flooded the bathroom because the shower curtain blocks the plug. Our two single beds were pushed next to each other so we pulled them apart to sleep separately (I was with my brother) only to see crisps and crackers all over the floor that a previous guest had obviously spilt in bed but the room had clearly not been cleaned properly. It's a dive and the area is appalling.
