Great place to stay in Hamburg

This was a great stay. Frau Brandes was nice and accommodating. A couple minutes walk to the U-Bahn Schlump, a couple minutes to Edeka, Aldi or a laundromat. We liked it a lot.

Karin is a lovely host. She speaks limited English but we were able to communicate no problem. She was accommodating, helpful and made us feel at home. The apartment has everything that you need and is located in a nice neighborhood. For those looking for a place to stay during Ironman Hamburg, consider this one. The U-Bahn station is about 7 min away on foot. From there, you're 3 stations away from the IM action. Highly recommend this hostess and this apartment.

Souterrain-Wohnung!

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, wir dürften früher einchecken, fürs Auto bekamen wir sofort einen Anwohnerparkschein. Zur Wohnung: Die Möbel leider nicht "hochwertig", leider auch "in die Jahre gekommen", zuweilen reparaturbedürftig. Der Garten ist im Prinzip nicht nutzbar, erstens nicht hergerichtet und zweitens sind die Möbel nicht sauber zur Nutzung bereit. Die Küchenstühle sollten nachgeleimt, der Duschvorhang umgehend entsorgt werden. Flecken überall, Sofa Stuhlbezüge, Teppiche - hier muß von professioneller Hand nachgearbeitet werden. Das die Unterkunft im Souterrain ist, sollte unbedingt in der Anzeige erwähnt werden.Trotzdem Vielen Dank.

Enttäuschung Ferienwohnung

Lt. Online-Beschreibung schöne FeWo mit Nutzung Garten und Grill. Garten alles zugewachsen und bereichert; Grill dreckig und verrostet. In allen Räumen viele Spinnweben und verweste Asseln. Insgesamt eine ungepflegte und nicht einladende FeWo. Nie wieder!

Perfekte Wohnung für einen Familien-Kurztrip nach Hamburg

Die Lage ist natürlich das größte Plus. In weniger als fünf Minuten ist man an der U-Bahnhaltestelle Schlump und auch das Schanzenviertel ist nicht weit. Gleichzeitig ist die Gegend selbst ruhig und die Wohnung sehr geräumig, sodass man sich auch dort gemütliche Stunden machen kann.

Good option for worktrip to Uni Hamburg

I booked this as I had to attend a workshop by the University of Hamburg in the Bundesstrasse and did not want a hotel along the main roads. This was a good choice: it is really quiet at night so you can sleep with the windows open. The bedroom is at the front of the house and has only high up windows but these can be opened. Enough supermarkets/restaurants in the neighbourhood and close enough to the Uni buildings and Schlump metro station. This is an older building so the basement appertment has high ceilings and wooden floors, and French doors to the garden. The furniture was adequate, the bed was good and the host very friendly and reacheable. The absolute highlight for me: having breakfast while watching the red squirrels rummage around the garden hiding the nuts I put out for them :-)

Schöne Wohnung mit (fast) allem was man zum Leben braucht

Ich war mit einem Freund für die Eurofurence angereist. Wir waren erstaunt wie groß doch die Wohnung ist. Man hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche und auch sonst eine sehr saubere schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir haben bis zum CCH ca 15-20 min zu Fuß gebracht und es gab ein Bäcker und Rewe to Go auf dem Weg. Schön war auch dass wir dank Besucherausweis die Woche kostenlos parken könnten. Immer wieder gerne! =^-^=

Aufenthalt war super. Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und alles war perfekt. Diese Ferienwohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen. Nicht nur das es sich um ein wunderschönes altes Haus handelt, es ist außerdem wunderschön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ferienwohnung mit vintage-flair

Unser Aufenthalt in Hamburg in dieser Ferienwohnung war sehr schön. Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain mit Ausblick auf den romantischen Garten und ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Räume sind entsprechend des Baujahrs entsprechend hoch. Zusammen mit den wertigen Holzmöbeln ergibt sich ein entsprechendes Vintage-Flair. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse, ist aber sehr verkehrsgünstig mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten es kaum besser antreffen. Wenn wir wieder nach Hamburg kommen, ist dies Wohnung wieder erste Wahl.

Lovely home from home on a beautiful street.

Great stay, would definitely stay again. Only 5 minutes walk away from Schlump metro station. On a beautiful tree lined street. Very quiet. Slept so well on the cosy bed. Wonderful deep bath with plenty of hot water to soak in after a day's sightseeing. Really good kitchen, well equipped for all your cooking needs. Nice living room to chill in and a wonderful garden to sit out in . Totally recommend.

Kurztripp nach Hamburg im April 2024

Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Der Kontakt war sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir brauchten uns nur um die Eßwaren kümmern und mehr nicht. Die Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt und der weiteren Sehenwürdigkeiten mit U-Bahn ist schnell vorgenommen. Auch zu Fuß ist man schnell zur Alster unterwegs. Ausflugslokale sind vorhanden, die allerdings ziemlich früh geschlossen hatten. Lag vielleicht auch an der Jahreszeit unseres Besuches. Wir haben jedenfalls sehr viel in der kurzen Zeit erlebt und trotzdem einen echten Erholungseffekt gehab. Dazu hat selbstverständlich die Unterkunft und Frau B. beigetragen. Vielen Dank dafür! Achso ... nicht zu vergessen, dass das Auto direkt vor der Tür geparkt hat. Ein Anwohnerparkschein ist von der Unterkunft schon enthalten. Wir kommen jedenfalls bestimmt noch einmal dort hin.

Kühle Brise

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr charmant eingerichtet und alles ist in einem tadellosen Zustand. Einzig an kalten Tagen macht sich der Altbaucharakter bemerkbar und lässt die Gliedmassen auch schon einmal frösteln. Ansonsten gibt es nicht zu meckern. Zum Hof ist die Wohnhng ebenerdig mit Terrasse. Die Vermieterin ist überaus nett, offen und hilfsbereit. Das Parken ist auch ok und kann auch mal direkt davor sein. Ansonsten muss man, wie in jeder Stadt, nach einem Parkplatz suchen. Am besten Auto stehen lassen und Bus und Bahn, Fahrrad oder E-Scooter nutzen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, abef nicht an den Hauptstraßen, was eine angenehme Ruhe verspricht. Wir waren zu dritt für drei Tage dort und hätten auch noch länger bleiben wollen. An sich schöne Wohnung, aber ungepflegt, Schlafzimmer überall Wollmäuse, fleckige Teppiche, Tischdecke mit Kaffeflecken der Vormieter, Kühlschrank musste erst ausgewaschen werden, Mikrowelle funktionierte nicht gut, Türgriffe mussten mehrfach angeschraubt werden....

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung in Toplage

Unser Aufenthalt war super schön, die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Und die Lage ist topp, alles ist sehr schnell zu erreichen und trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Für unseren Sohn war alles super!
