A clean property which, in my room, suffered from many marks on the wall where previous guests had been careless with baggage. Nonetheless the room was clean and very quiet. The bathroom was also very clean,it was very small but everything worked as it should. Breakfast spread was fine. The hotel is a very short walk from Hamburg railway station and there are a number of bars and restaurants nearby. Perfect for a short stay and remarkably good value.

Stayed in several hotels in Hamburg this year. The location is fine and personnel is friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom was way too small (room 405): you could not even open the door completely. The shower head did not function properly.

The pictures of the hotel look very nice. Unfortunately, the rooms are very used and in a bad state. Stains on the carpet and walls. The fake leather on the bed frames is falling off. The shower and basinet look rather used and dirty.
