Staff was friendly and speak English well. There was an in-unit laundry which was very helpful. We picked the Superior Japanese room and the room was clean and spacious for a family of four with two young children. 7-Eleven and Lawson were nearby. However, the subway station was about 10-15 mins walk, which was not the most convenient, and the hotel door will be locked after midnight and you would need an access code to enter the hotel, which made me wonder the safety of the area. The varieties of restaurants were not as much nearby, but presuming most travelers have made plans to eat elsewhere. We were there mainly for the zoo and it was convenient for that purpose.

"Room with two beds and a tatami area for the kids. Small (as to be expected in Tokyo), but functional. Kettle and fridge in the room with microwaves available on each floor.
