But the condition of the resort, sadly, is really bad. Rats, mice and cockroaches were running around. Mosquitoes aplenty. Regular fumigation and pest control is very much needed here in this resort. "We have just spent 16 nights in Mui Ne, 7 in Sunny beach Resort and 9 in Blue Ocean. Firstly, the location is perfect so if your not sure where you need to be, you will be fine here. The hotel itself is beautifully kept and the staff are all super friendly. We had a Superior room which was large and clean with a lovely big balcony to relax on. There is plenty of choice for breakfast and the bonus that you are sat in a lovely restuarant right next to the beach. There are lots of sun loungers...
