"I was originally skeptical about staying in a capsule for the night, but it was actually really nice. Check in is done on a tablet, and there's always a host to help in case anything goes wrong.
The Capsule is decently spacious; I was even able to hold my suitcase and 2 bags in there and still have enough space for myself to comfortably sleep.
The loudest it ever got was people opening and closing the door to the room with the capsules.
The showers and bathrooms are also really nice. "
"We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport. Great lobby. The room was new and clean. The one swinging door serving both the bathroom and shower was clever but did not afford a lot of privacy sound-wise. Regarding check-in, I prefer having a person check me in and not a self-serve kiosk. We switched from the kiosk to the staff member at the front desk after trying the kiosk but it was taking too long."
"We chose to stay at Welcome Inn the night before our flight. Loved it. The front desk upgraded us to a better room. Plus it was located in cool neighborhood with plenty of grocery stores, a little square, and restaurants. And it was only 10 mins from the airport by bus. All in all, highly recommend."
"This is a really amazing hotel. Very clean and modern. The bathroom is fantastic and spacious. Shower is big and water pressure and warmth is great. Only downside is the room lighting, there is no main light. Location is great only a couple minutes walk to the nearest tram stop - that takes you both into the centre of Zurich one way and the airport the other way. Staff are friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay here! "
"Great modern hotel right close to the airport. There were a number of buses that shuttle you right to Zurich airport, across the street from the hotel. It was quiet and had everything you need. The air conditioning unit didnt get very cold, though. "
