The elevator situation at the hotel is super annoying rejected in and they’re only four hangers in the room when we called down to get more they only brought three up

It’s incredibly clean, modern, and beautifully designed, yet it still preserves the personality and charm that so many hotels have lost. The atmosphere feels exclusive and private while still being warm and welcoming. The service is exceptional. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable, effortless, and genuinely special. The facilities are outstanding, and the location is simply unbeatable — truly the best spot in Miami Beach. This hotel understands luxury without feeling pretentious.
