"Clean single room for an overnight stay, the hotel is literally opposite the railway station and Piece Hall and town centre are a short walk away. Staff friendly and helpful. Some of the fixtures and fittings could do with some tic perhaps, but the rates are very reasonable and the bed was comfortable. Some rooms face a busy road so some traffic noise, but not too bad. Would stay again."

"I travel a lot and i can honestly say that this hotel ticked every single box. From the friendly and helpful receptionist ( both of them) to the cosy but classy bar area, the exceptionally clean room with everything from macarons to a proper coffee machine with really comfy beds ( and I'm fussy) Very clean and beautifully decorated throughout the hotel. the breakfast was delicious. I can honestly say i cant fault a thing. Highly recommend whether for business or pleasure. I didnt get time to...

"Great place. The guy at check in was brilliant. Had salmon and king scallops for tea and was beautiful. The Missus enjoyed her fish n chips. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best we’ve had and the lady got us in early cos we had somewhere to go. Couldn’t do enough for us. Will go again 100%"

"First time at this hotel. Would stay again. The hotel is beside the M62 we were in a room other side of hotel and didn’t hear the motorway at all. The room was big and clean. Bed comfortable. Tea & Coffee in room and a great little dressing table area. The hotel shares the car park with the Nags Head (which is a lovely pub great food) it’s also near a good Italians Da Sandro and Toby Carvery. Easy to get into town Huddersfield or Halifax. Good value for money "
