"Our check in was delayed because the staff had not completed the inspection on time. Upgraded to a big junior suite room which was lovely. Only had 1 pair of slippers in the room when we entered. Lack of signage for amenities like the pool and gym. Overall, decent stay for 1 night in the city."

"The hotel is very dated and definitely needs updating. Water pressure is terrible. Toilet would not flush. When I addressed this with the front desk I was told they would come right away to help. 20 mins later I call to get and ETA and front desk said oh I forgot I will send someone right away. 10 ..."

"Asked for I ng bed...got queen Told had accessible room....shower bars but there was no bar to assist getting in and out of shower. Good location. Told how to get to Boston Pizza. Went there and it is closed for renovations. Parking is difficult especially when traffic is heavy"
