Luxury 3 Bedroom in the Heart of Downtown Halifax

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.

Luxury executive furnished suites right in the heart of downtown Halifax. The Mary Ann building is located across from the amazing central library in the highly sought after Spring Garden neighbourhood. The building is above the NSLC’s Port of Wines as well as the popular restaurant Garden Food Bar, and Spin Co., yoga studios, and fitness classes are all within a block away. A 5-minute walk takes you to Halifax’s popular waterfront boardwalk or the restaurants and pubs on Argyle Street! This is the best apartment to enjoy Halifax’s magical days ahead.

We value our guests and their comfort during their stay with us. We try to think of everything from a blender, to board games and bandaids (just in case). However, if you have any special requests, please reach out. We are always looking to improve our amenities.

We understand that many people may have a reaction to scented products. The hand soap and dish soap we have in the units are from The Unscented Company (Canadian). We do typically use scented laundry products for the purposes of the guest experience, but we do offer unscented laundry products for your stay on request.

A few things that we do offer on request:

Please remove your shoes when inside the apartment.

Please clean your dishes and empty the fridge before checkout.

Please do not leave lights on when leaving the unit during your stay and when checking out.

No Pets are permitted on the property. Pets will lead to a $250 fine and immediate cancellation of booking without refund.

This is a family friendly unit in a residential building. No partying or gathering more than 6 people are allowed.

Any noise complaints will result in a warning first notice and a $500 fine and eviction on the second notice.

There is a $500 fine for smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoor spaces. This applies to all forms of smoking, including but not limited to tobacco, cannabis and vaping.

Garbage needs to be sorted into cans/plastic recycling, paper, green bin (compost) and garbage.

Any guest that misuses the property, such as but not limited to: hosting a party, using the property for prostitution services, causing damage to the property and/or disturbing other residents will be charged a $500 fine, plus any applicable cleaning fees and/or costs to repair or replace any damaged property or of any cancelled bookings.

Very close to Halifax Harbour...easy walking. Quiet, very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and quick and accommodating. Would stay here again if in Halifax.

This property is first-class! The beds were very comfortable and the livingroom sofa was the best. Very easy for all of us to enjoy watching a movie in the evening. The location was perfect for walking to the waterfront and also the shopping areas. We had a great time!

Better than ever expected! Kitchen Basics were already in the cupboards (olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee)! Laundry was tidy and complete with laundry pods. Living areas modern and clean. Plenty of sheets, pillows and blankets. Close proximity to downtown, restaurants and the wedding venue. The host got back to us promptly and was able to answer every question we had. Our stay was perfect! The building and door access was easy for all our different comings and goings (my husband and I and our 3 young adult children). Really comfy beds and that big couch was great for hanging out, reading, watching movies. The kitchen was really well stocked - we were able to cook an entire Thanksgiving meal, including 18 pound turkey, and the only thing missing was a meat thermometer (which we were able to borrow). Plenty of space for all of us, and the weather was beautiful so we enjoyed the outdoor patio. Great location - no cars available for rent in Halifax this weekend, but we were able to walk almost everywhere. I easily managed the bus for a couple longer trips and Ubers were quick and cheap. We would definitely stay in this property again! We love Halifax!

Sensational stay in exciting city

We expected a clean spacious accommodation, but this was far above and beyond. Immaculate, with up to date amenities and a trendy neighborhood made the stay feel all too short.

Everything we wanted!

We cooked a Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable. Very spacious with lots of windows. The location is so close to everything.

Fantastic Spot!!

What a treat to be able to stay here. We had a 2 day work conference, and the location, amenities and cleanliness was perfect. We were so grateful to have a “home base” and everyone was able to get ready for the day without being in anyone else’s way. We will 100% stay here again!

The Best Location

The property is situated in the best location, surrounded by restaurants, bars, breweries, great shopping, just a 10 minute walk from the boardwalk. The property manager was always (quickly) available to help out in any way. We will definitely return.

Perfect location

This property is beautiful but in need of bit of attention/maintenance and unfortunately the communication was less than stellar (all questions were answered but it took time to receive a response). There was no oven mitt and the tv in the living room only worked intermittently. In one of the bedrooms the curtain hanger is falling down on one side and in the living room the curtains are ‘odd’ for the high-end apartment (held by clothes pins) as well the windows could use cleaning. These aren’t terrible issues and didn’t interfere with our satisfaction of our trip…just observations. As indicated, location was awesome, apartment was lovely and the underground parking was so convenient!!

This place was exceptional. Super comfortable beds. Great kitchen supplies. Lovely soap/shampoo/conditioner products. Bonus space was the outside patio! The only tiny glitch was originally getting into the buikding. Instructions were correct, but lobby key pad required agressiveness - thankfully a delivery persoon was there when we arrived to show us how hard to push the buttons We are looking forward to returning for a longer stay.
