There is a shared coin-operated washing machine/dryer in the basement.
Upon entering the building, you might notice a slight damp smell coming from a separate laundry room. Rest assured, this does not affect the actual unit. Located in a commercial short-term rental zone, this area is more accepting of noise, providing a more relaxed atmosphere for your stay.

In Halifax, parking availability is limited. To efficiently manage the small number of parking spots available and enhance our guests' experience, we've collaborated with the parking operator, 'Honk.' Guests can conveniently select their desired parking duration and make payments by scanning the QR code displayed on the parking sign or with the provided link. Please make sure to register your vehicle to prevent any potential tickets from parking enforcers.

- The guest can arrive any time and purchase the nightly rate for $10 valid until 11:00 am.
- The rate is called "continuous parking" which means that once they leave, the spot might be gone.
- The rate is intended to have guests pay a full night without moving the vehicle.
- The rate expires at 11:00 am.

As an alternative: there is an option to buy hourly rates at $1 per hour.
