"Horrible. Tried to cancel well ahead of time as I was sick with Covid and unable to travel and was told no canceling, so they charged me for a room that was never used….i guess I should have just arrived and gotten everyone sick?"

It would be nice to have at least a mini fridge since there are no stores close, restaurants are expensive so I could put a couple of groceries for next day travel.
