"The staff was generally amazing. Robert was incredibly helpful and kind in answering all of our questions. There was another gentleman at night who's name has slipped my mind, but he was also very kind and eager to help! My only minor complaint is not having dish soap or cleaner in the room! "Yassem made a difficult situation for my mother and myself bearable. We left the Netherlands early due to her my mother’s pneumonia. He assisted us with trying to find a physician as well as transport to the airport. When the driver did not arrive on time, Yassem drove us himself. He assist ed with the loading of heavy luggage as well as removing it. The hank you so much Yassem for going he extra mile!!!!"

They helped explain how the parking/ transportation works, gave me pointers for food and grocery for the baby, and their coffee at the reception desk is great. "I liked the location, you can get a ferry for free, outside the property towards the Central station or walk about 5mins to the bus stop instead. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property is gorgeous with a stunning view of the river. The only let down is the noise policy. No music or noise from 9pm-8am, which for 5 women celebrating a birthday is incredibly hard. I kept receiving text messages regarding the noise which was disheartening."

Having the office closed at 5:00 most days was a bit challenging at times as we were often touring during the day and had questions in the evening.
