"This home is in a great location right on the beach! Lots of indoor and outdoor seating for the group. Nicely decorated with beach-themed decor and the lift from the 1st floor to the second floor was a huge benefit given all the stairs you would otherwise have to climb with bags and coolers. I wish there had been hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms upon arrival however there is a store not too far way where we were able to buy some, along with any items one might need for a stay. Would stay here again."

"WOWZA! The elevator is a life saver!This beach house is in a great location with unobstructed views of the ocean. During our stay, the beach was not crowded, an easy 1 minute walk. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated, kitchen was nicely stocked (dishes, pans, etc.) The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. We loved our morning coffee on the two decks with nice patio furniture. The absolute best thing was the ELEVATOR! We are 4 old broads who needed it to haul our stuff and ourselves to the 3rd floor bedrooms. We would book Beach Heaven again in a heartbeat! Also, one of the bedrooms on the 3rd floor had a walk in shower with attached shower bench, this was wonderful for us."

"We had an awesome stay! The house is spotless, beds are comfortable, the AC works great for the hot summer nights, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and the owners were great communicators throughout the process. We will definitely be back!"

"Very nice home and plenty of space. Love the size of the common areas for our family. Only improvement would be some better pots and pans as they were pretty scratched up non sticks. Otherwise - great."

"The host was very responsive! Awesome pool! The house has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, dining room, amd living room upstairs. There's a balcony upstairs in the front and back of the house. A covered back porch. Then downstairs it has a game room with a mini kitchen, bed, bathroom, and a couple of small sofas. An outdoor shower by the pool. The house is on a canal off Chocolate Bay on the far west end of the island. Quick drive to Terramar beach and down to San Luis Pass too. Found great seashells at both places! Takes just under 30 mins to get down to Galveston seawall for some yummy seafood!"

"Place was very spacious, although not all rooms matched what profile pictures showed. Great location to beach, 1 mile from closest store so very convenient. Area was very quiet and clean, great for more lowkey getaways. Would definitely stay again."
