"We stayed at another hotel in the other side of park. They had an onsen, but I liked this hotel better!!! The people were super super nice. From the doorman, to front desk crew, to concierge. Clean and modern. Also, the king bed was huge and very comfortable with great linens. Close to the museums and castle park. I would stay here again. We ate breakfast at Starbucks adjacent to hotel. "

"We loved our stay at Dormy Inn! The room was clean and spacious for our family of 5. The staff was friendly and helpful despite our lack of Japanese language. This was our first onsen experience and what a luxury to have so many stalls to wash off in with toiletries provided, as well as the inside and outside options of onsen, dry sauna and cold plunge. The atmosphere is relaxing with low lighting and spa music playing in the background. The only thing missing was signage in English explaining which stations to use in which order, but we followed along with the others and figured it out. We appreciated the free ice pop/ice cream treats and drinks available for after as well as the convenience of free washing machines that were able to be reserved by keys from the front desk. Umbrellas at the front door also came in handy. Convenient location close to the train station (with Starbucks and konbini) for arrival, departure, and the Kanazawa Loop Bus as well as a large shopping center across the street for dining options. The front desk also kindly kept our bags for us after our delicious breakfast buffet and checkout so we could explore Kanazawa on our last day hands free. Would definitely stay here again - thank you Dormy Inn Kanazawa! "
