Rooms were nice and clean, we needed three beds and that accommodated our needs perfectly. Rooms were clean, the TV was located in our room in a weird location made it a little uncomfortable to watch.
People/staff seem to be trying. Facilities old, worn out, not the best in cleaning. Main facility is a small bar with hotel attached. Good really not good.
This is rural Yukon, so bear that in mind. But the recently renovated motel rooms are clean and comfy, with a good size fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. If you only drink tea like me, best to bring a kettle and tea bags. The nice folks at the KPI restaurant gave us milk capsules each night so we didn't have to rely on the Coffee Mate in the room. The KPI is centrally located and it's hard to beat the view out the front window.

Really nice place to stay
We stayed 4 nights. The room was comfortable, quiet, and spacious for 2. The temperature was good. The linen and towels were clean. We wished there had been reading lamps and a little table. The bathroom floor cleaning was poor. The room "cleaners" did not leave coffee or an extra roll of toilet paper so we had to ask. The kitchenette did not have adequate dishes for 2 people to actually use the kitchenette. Bring your own camping dishes.
Very Nice Accomodations, Walk in shower was real nice.
The address was wrong, I had to go to a gas station to get the right address for the property. Their phone to the property did not work.
The actual Sign on the property was very small and difficult to read. Had I not talked to the Gas Station Owner, I would not have found the hotel.
Once there, all was good.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We stayed for 5 days and it was great here. It's quiet, the staff are amazing, and the mountain view absolutely breathtaking.
I dont want to be negative because it really was a nice stay but I work as a housekeeper so I always check for cleanliness, the rooms are clean but the remotes were disgusting. I used wipes and alcohol wipes to clean the remotes.
We also washed our laundry at their laundromat so we didn’t bring back dirty laundry. A wash is $4 & a dry for the smaller dryers is $5 and the huge dryer is $1 for 4 minutes.
As I stated, I am a housekeeper and I was so tempted to go look for a broom and mop to clean the washrooms, showers and laundry area.
We do want to go back here but I will be sure to have more alcohol wipes and maybe a duster.
The food was amazing and everything was nicely priced.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The area and setting are beautiful with the mountains so close. But the hotel felt dingy and rundown. Blankets and bedspreads were not clean. One of the locals told us NOT to eat at the restaurant attached to the hotel because people tend to get sick after eating there. They advised we eat down the street at the pub, which was excellent advice. We tried to sit on the deck outside our room to enjoy the views, but the hotel/restaurant staff and friends sat outside chain smoking, and the smell was so strong we had to go inside. There was a constant stream of local traffic driving up to the side door of the restaurant to buy cartons of alcohol. And at 6 am there was an excavator right behind the hotel that sounded like it was going to come right through our wall. On the bright side, town is walkable to the pub and the incredible bakery! But there are nicer hotels in town!

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Amenities
My main concern was the "do not pat!" dog in the bar/lobby, which later seemed to want to attack my leashed dog in the parking lot if not for my intervention.
Amenities list restaurant - which was closed, free breakfast - didn't see any.
Wifi password was supposedly in room - not found.
Pet fee listed as $15, charged $17 (not taxes or exchange rate).
Bring a bedside light or a six foot stick to switch off lights.
As others have mentioned in renovated rooms - awkward TV angle, great view of smoking employees, roaming employee dog of uncertain temperament and weak Wifi signal.
Correct amenities list to be truthful!

I've stayed here several times going back & forth from Alaska to the lower 48 and always enjoy staying here. Clean, comfortable and the owners are very kind.
