Great place

Great place to stay, nothing I would change. My husband and I had a room with a balcony, 3 double beds, and bathroom. Free candies at front desk and in room. Good price for an exceptional Lan ha and Halong Bay tour. Breakfast was decent, came with mixed fruit. Would definitely recommend this place!

Ok given the cheap cost but .....

The stay was great locationwise. The bed was very uncomfortable as it was composed of furniture cushions, the towels not replaced , the room not not replenished with coffee, no safe. No one on cat ba makes toast for breakfast. Not real impressed but I think hotel was under new mgmt and they were trying to do a good job.

Disappointing.

I booked this hotel because of the reviews but it was not as good as stayed. It was a very disappointing stay. On arrival they upgraded me to a room on the second floor. Room 202. This was ok but not great. Toilet seat broken and a bit tired. This we only for 2 nights and then I was moved to room 201. This was one of the worst rooms I have stayed in. There was no window which I am used to but this room stank either of cigarettes or dampness. Though I complained nothing was done about it. Because of no ventilation my clothes were damp in the morning when I put them on. Not healthy at all.
