"The studio was great! Updated, clean, cozy and had everything we needed! I had some brain fog and had issues getting into the unit, but thankfully the host was onsite and SUPER responsive and friendly.Access to the Silver Creek slopes was great and very convenient. Also getting on and off the shuttle was easy and convenient as well. Everyone in Snowshoe is very friendly, which made the stay fun. Our only issue was the operation of the hot tub. After 3 days of skiing/boarding, we were looking forward to a brief soak. Just to walk down and find out the hot tub wasn't heating properly and was FULL of kids."

"This trip to snowshoe was a lot of fun. The room was nice and our kids loved it. They have google voice activated lights which were a hit with the kids as well as the bunk beds. I did have to contact Tim (the host) over VRBOs mistake by charging us and he was extremely helpful and understanding. Finally we were able to get the charges from VRBO resolved through our bank. We would 100% go directly through the host and avoid VRBO at all costs. "

"We had a great stay at Chamonix Chalet! The view was amazing and the house provided the perfect amount of privacy. Spacious set up for our family and so happy they allow well-behaved dogs! Access to the slopes was super easy, and so thankful for the hot tub after skiing and snowboarding! Hosts were very communicative and friendly. "
