I like the location of the property and the staff are very friendly and kind. I would strongly recommend to short stay travellers as well as longer stay travellers. If is also convenient and safe. There is a security guard work overnight for the safety of their customers, very important. I would use again. Thank you Simon’s Place. Mālō ‘aupito!

The property was ideal for our work area and close to main routes. Beds were ok the property was clean.
The only down side was that there was no hot water

"the folks here are so nice and welcoming and helpful. the breakfast was good, the rooms are air con and comfy. its walking distance to the wharf and to many restaurants and sights. recommend!"

"The staff was great. Only down fall was water was turned off one for a day and a half, some days no hot water, if you book on a website, pay the price online, you wont be suprised later if you pay at the property"
