"A slight misunderstanding with Irene in the dining room and a slow check in dropped our overall rating from excellent to good. However, Christopher , Isaac and others were more than excellent and helpful. Especially Christopher who was delightful to chat with when he wasn’t busy opening doors and delivering luggage. He made our stay at the Grand Amrath wonderfully memorable. Thank you, Christopher!!"

"The staff is exceptional!!! They worked extremely hard too accommodate my schedule. They wear constantly updating me on availability too book more days!i couldn't have asked for a better staff and cleaning ladies. The hotel was spotless! My only complaint was my room was next too the cleaning supply closet so I could hear everything . i was more than thrilled with my stay at AMRATH and would stay there again as well as recommend it too family and friends! "

"No room phones or sugar and cream for coffee and tea but the upgrade to a studio was nice. Security is tight. Took 4 card taps to get to my room. Least expensive rate I could find for a Saturday night in Amsterdam for my Sunday flight home. "
