Excellent concierge staff who are very professional, helpful, pleasant, friendly experienced and efficient. Speak good English and impressed by their willingness and sincerity in helping guests solve problems. Check in speedy. We are very pleased with their great service which made our stay very enjoyable and memorable. Breakfast buffet spread decent. Will strongly recommend this cosy hotel for excellent location, cleanliness, relaxing skybar, beautiful skyline and quiet and spacious rooms.

. Wine and dine restaurant was abysmal . Surrounding area completely dead . Building site next door . Pool in separate building, meant you had to walk through the foyer dripping wet as no changing area provided . Skybar beautiful and staff great however only opened at 4pm which meant no outdoor facility to enjoy the weather . Laundry service overpriced, only had a small bag of thin items washed and it cost 1.3 million!!

Big construction work nonstop till midnight and from 6am right next to building, receptionists have poor English so misunderstood our request of airport transfer and had a bit of last minute excitement. Spa was disappointing but breakfast was good. Stay here only on route to somewhere more exciting.

Property is very clean and staff were helpful. Rooms are big and bed was comfortable. The construction across the street is very loud on one side of the hotel. Because of this, we requested a room change after the first night and hotel staff were very understanding.

舒適的住宿體驗

這次共訂了兩間雙人房（一間加床），房間很大就算加床空間還是很足夠，窗外可以遠眺下龍灣海景。雖然大張雙人床是由兩張單人床併在一起的，倒是沒影響到舒適度，兩個晚上都睡得很好，要說房間的缺點就是燈光比較不足，對外隔音效果稍稍差了點，偶爾會聽到路上的喇叭聲（但不是太嚴重）。飯店早餐味道不錯選擇也不少，大部分是固定的菜色，有現煮的蛋料理及河粉。飯店內另有兩間餐廳供用餐，頂樓有酒吧，夜景不錯。這次只住了兩晚，沒有機會用到飯店泳池及SPA，有點可惜。最後是飯店的位置離觀光鬧區有點距離，但徒步還是可以走到附近較熱鬧的街道，也有銀樓可以換錢，買伴手禮會比在觀光熱區買划算，餐廳較少。整體而言是令人滿意的住宿經驗。

Exceptional stay!

This was a great hotel. Staff was exceptional, hotel was extremely clean, pool and gym were great! Breakfast buffet was excellent. I highly recommend this place!

Nice modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Excelent view of the area from the Sky Bar with great Happy Hour prices. Will stay here again on my next visit for sure.

I expected more from this hotel. we did not leave happy. Room service, when we finally managed to get some, was not what we ordered and was not very nice at all. BUT the breakfast buffet was vast and over the top. I was very unimpressed. The pool was nice though because there were no kids there.

It was near tau chau ferry terminal to Halong Bay. 5 min taxi ride. Decent hotel but has nothing around or even a cafe for a cup of coffee. Another 5 mins taxi ride to The Sun wheels. Walls are thin and could bear noise.

Hotel was ok itself... Construction at next door had been carry on whole through the night with heavy , heavy noise. No matter weekend. Wow !!! Hotel staff say sorry but it was so terrible 3 nights.

Very comfortable stay

We got 2 bay facing connecting rooms. Both the rooms were comfortable with the room having the queen bed being very spacious and a large bathroom. The locality is rather quiet but just a minute away from the night market and about 10 minute taxi ride from the pier to take the Halong Bay cruise. The variety at the buffet breakfast was truly amazing.

Great Place in Halong Bay

The room was incredible! It was very spacious. The bathroom was also very spacious. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a short taxi ride to the pier.

The Royal Lotus Hotel was a lovely 4 star hotel with a great rooftop bar. The highlight was the fantastic Japanese restaurant which we ate at both nights that we stayed and the waitress was very friendly and professional. The buffet breakfast was also of a high standard with a huge variety of food on offer.
