They didn’t clean the room very well. Still have dirty marks on tables and nightstand. The bed was poorly made and sloppy. Not at all hotel standards. There is no turn down service as expected of a 5 star hotel. I guess they are just short staffed. "

"We are a group if Singaporean tourists. I highly recommend Hotel Mayfair. It's safe though there is a nude bar just opposite but that's the least of your worries. It's very walkable to train station. Staff were all friendly as with all Danish people. Breakfast was good and of good variety. There were a few Asian restaurants nearby. So yeah, please come stay with Hotel Mayfair if you are planning to come Copenhagen. Thank you Hotel Mayfair!"

"The Profil hotel at the Copenhagen Plaza is a charming older hotel. It has an older style elevator and the room had a fridge. Our room also had a small balcony. There was a notice in the elevator saying that the they were renovating the top floors of the hotel. We were on one of the top floors. It is really good that the rooms are getting renovated as the black mold/mildew in the bathroom shower and on the ceiling was quite overwhelming. "The staff went above and beyond for our honeymoon. It was unfortunate that a late check out was almost the price of another stay since we our train out of the city wasnt until an hour after we had to check out, so we couldnt wait for the train in our room. But the luggage storage was helpful for that. Most comfortable bed weve stayed in while touring Scandinavia. It was just a shame we couldnt keep the windows open on a hot night since the noise was so loud outside."
