Ms. Dana was equally wonderful, despite our late arrival, she went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure we had everything we needed. She truly made us feel so celebrated and well cared for! "There was no complementary breakfast, parking only in a garage in a separate building, and upon entering my room, the shower did not work! The staff 1st said, they didn't have any rooms avaliable, but they did send someone up and he told us he will get us another room and came through. It was very inconvenient for the time we had arrived, but at the end, the gentleman came through. Overall, I won't stay here again! The rooms were clean, very updated but the location is not cool."

"The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult."

"The place was super clean and stocked with things you may have forgotten to pack. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to consider new mattresses. However, it could just be that i am old and everything hurts my back. Lol. Overall, we were really happy with the stay!"
