Top Guttenberg Golf and Country Club Hotel Reviews
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Prairie du Chien
10/10 Excellent
"Appears to be newer hotel or recently renovated. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Hard floors must be the trend in newer hotels. If we were to stay for a longer trip, I would want some storage to be able to unpack but for our 3 day stay I liked the minimalist feel of the room. The window seat was fantastic and I could sit and read comfortably. Great place to watch the changing leaves on the bluff behind the hotel. Breakfast was standard hotel offering - waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Hot and well-tended. We would definitely stay again and/or recommend to friends. Lots of parking available even though the hotel seemed to be full each night."
The Great River Retreat
10/10 Excellent
"This property was clean and well-equipped, a historic property right on Main Street in McGregor within walking distance to shops and eateries. We enjoyed seeing all the buildings with such character and charm, and how close it was to nearby parks to explore."
Waterfront Hotel
8/10 Good
"Everything was great except the traffic noise. Very loud all through the night. Not great for a light sleeper."
Windsor Place Inn
8/10 Good
"All was good. But the drain in the tub did not drain. 😞 The breakfast was good. The sheets and everything was clean"

"Everything was very nice and clean. The only thing I would suggest is to have coffee available. But all else was great. Thank you!"
