I arrived to find the front desk completely abandoned. After waiting 20 minutes with no staff in sight, I walked through the lobby to find someone. I finally located the receptionist, Nathan — walking out of the restroom. That set the tone for the entire stay.
The room was on the ground floor facing the parking lot. Dirty carpet, debris left near the curtains, and an overall feel that belongs in a budget motel — not a Hilton property. This room had clearly not been properly cleaned before I checked in (see photos).
When I asked Nathan to move me to a higher floor, he claimed the hotel was sold out. On a Wednesday. I reached out to Expedia to request a refund and got nowhere — so I was essentially trapped in a dirty, poorly located room with no recourse.
And then came the shower. The water pressure was so weak it was almost laughable. What should have been a 5-minute shower turned into an ordeal.
Hilton should be embarrassed to have this property under their brand. Zero accountability, zero cleanliness, zero professionalism. Do not stay here."
