"Spent a week here, location was good, close to the boulevard/sea, everything needed was within walking distance; the room was spacious and clean, other than the balcony, which was very narrow and a bit dirty. The staff were friendly and helpful. For the price, cant really fault it in any way. Overall had a decent stay."
"This hotel is a very impressive landmark building in Batumi, we had a good apartment with fantastic panoramic views on the 36th floor. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very busy with loads of people around, many dishes available however I only liked the omelette, the quality of breads needs improving above cheap supermarket types. Unfortunately my son picked up a stomach bug from breakfast which resulted in severe vomiting several times. The hotel reception staff were nice, in particular woudl like to mention Megi who helped us with info where to park downstairs and was generally friendly. Overall would recommend this hotel as a good value for money option in Batumi."

"Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages. The staff was very helpful and communicative, with special thanks to Nikoli in particular. They even accommodated a late checkout on our last day, which we greatly appreciated. We would stay here again if we return to Batumi."

Just make sure when you check in not to fall into their manipulation of you can upgrade your room - I went to see the room that they wanted me to upgrade to, and it wasn't as good as the one that I originally ordered (so I didn't upgrade). However, they were nice and gave me credits to use in the hotel services/restaurants which was really nice.
I didn't like the fact that there is always a cigarette smell coming from the casino.
Other than that it was great! Loved the pools, loved the room, loved the view. Highly recommended
