"Property is a nightmare. Plumbing is a know issue throughout the house. Jugs of drinking water are provided. It has too much furniture to move around. Closets and drawers are so full there is nowhere to put your stuff. It sits 30 feet off the main highway and that is not clear in the pictures. Plumbing was so bad, management had to move us after the first night off the mountain, 20 minutes into Salida. Management did work hard to make it right, but the property is not recommended. "

"The hotel is in a disruptive transition. We were booked into a room that had no window shades or working curtains. We were relocated to a room without a working fridge. The deficiencies were corrected almost entirely thanks to reception staffer Nilu. The other reception staffer projected an unwelcoming attitude. I was ready to leave until Nilu stepped in to make things right. "
