Nice place with very pleasant staff. Only downside was the loose floor boards which creaked when you walked on them also bedside lamp was a bit dicky looked like it was going to fall down if touched. Breakfast was good and plentiful, good parking and easy to have dinner delivered

What a lovely place to stay in Gunnedah. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. We travel alot, and this place was up there with the best. Management were so lovely to deal with nothing was a problem accommodating our arrival and check out times. Honesty this is what you get when visiting these beautiful country towns. Nice place to stay. Needed a double bedroom as we were staying with elderly mother. They offered a good layout of two rooms off a lounge room (… oddly, not all accommodation offers this style). We don’t often frequent this area so found this location good and heard no compression breaking of trucks during the night so had a good sleep. Owners were helpful and put on air conditioning for us before arrival and gave good advice on where to eat. No complaints.
