We had a wonderful stay. Honestly can’t think of any negative things to say. The front desk staff is very helpful and does everything to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Housekeeping is also great. The location is perfect, very walkable and close to the tram. Would definitely stay again.

All were excellent. Staff, Services, Their Characters Particularly the manager Mr. Memet, Coner, Mohammed and Mrs Narmin. They were so friendley that I still remember their names. The alley where this hotel is in is a little out dated but it has nothing to do with this Hotel and their staff. Actually they are so good that you totally forget about these weak point. Totally I'd recomend this hotel if you deserve respect.

This hotel had an excellent staff and a nice terrace restaurant. The housekeeping staff was excellent and very attentive. Front desk, staff and doorman were always there to help you. The view from the terrace it’s wonderful taking in a lot of of the local landmarks. We stayed here for five days. I really enjoyed it.

My stay at the hotel was decent overall, but it didn’t quite stand out in any major way. The staff were polite and generally helpful when needed, though the interactions felt a bit routine rather than especially warm or memorable.
