"Lovely family environment. Felt safe and secure. Room was really spacious. Pool, slides and bar all relaxed with an easy going attitude. No safe provided with room and this is a paid extra but easy to rectify. Breakfast was great with a huge selection and something for everyone. Economical and I would go back in a heartbeat."

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the location was perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we felt truly welcomed throughout our stay. "The hotel could use some maintenance. The sliding door wouldn’t lock until lubed. Peeling paint and varnished doors and shutters. Paint and varnish flakes that haven’t been swept up near these areas. Dinner was horrible. Awful service, food that was finally served was not per the menu. A wonderful breakfast buffet with cold eggs and no coffee. I wouldn’t return."

"We have a superb stay at Caresse Hotel. Everything was perfect. The room was superb , the service was oustanding. In particular we were very well looked after by Uhmet and Sevinc who were very friendly, looked after us very well, and made us feel so welcome. We would strongly recommend this hotel and its staff to anyone."

"The place was really spacious, especially the living area, bedroom small but cosy. The pool was clean and great size. Nice city and mountain views from the pool and bar area and a bit from our room. The beach is 10 minute walk, the shops and eateries next door. Balconies are very small but cute and are enough for smoking . There were some minor issues such as cleaning and maintenance but they were resolved very soon after reported. Some members of staff ask a lot of personal questions which is quite odd! Also, there was no phone in the room to call reception. And! Beware of loud music that plays every night at local bars, so if you suffer from insomnia it's definitely not for you! Overal , great experience, me and my mum enjoyed staying there and the owners were very friendly and welcoming! Thanks 😊"
