"The staff was very attentive to my family and family member with disabilities. The staff made sure we had all the accommodations and services. Excursions were offered to us and the staff made sure we were able to do the excrusions with my family member who uses a wheelchair and had the assistance we needed. The staff made sure to make a pured/blended meals for my family member in the mornings due to her special diet. Everyone was friendly! The beach is beautiful and right at the property. The pool is a gorgeous jungle feel and great for kids and adults who might not know how to swim. Thanks to Byron and Brent Fischer who set us up with excrusions to do around the Island and accommodations for wheelchair accessibility. "

Brand New 2 Bedroom luxury condo in Watercolors Community in West Bay

"This first floor condo unit in the Watercolors Community was a wonderful place to call home during our stay in Roatan. It is a brand new unit and beautifully furnished, even better than what was represented in the picture. The community is located ocean front with a large pool shared by the community. You can easily catch a water taxi from the community's private dock. Or hire a driver to take you around the island. It is also within walking distance to several restaurants.Some negatives to this new community... it is still being built. Therefore, there will be some construction noise. However, when the community is done, it will be spectacular... with its own cafe and restaurant. There also isn't much of a reef in front, unless you swim out quite a bit. However, if you walk about 10-15 minutes towards the Kimpton, there is a large reef to explore.I highly recommend staying here. Gladys was our main contact and she was wonderful to work with. There is a security guard on premise, so you always feel safe. The pool is huge. And the condo is simply beautiful and clean. "
"When you add together all of what this rental offers it comes pretty close to perfect. First the location: The VRBO listing does not do it justice. This is literally right on the beach (a small beach) and walking distance to multiple restaurants and dive shops. A diver's paradise really. Trattoria da Piero restaurant is right next door at the Las Rocas hotel and is one of the best in all of West Bay, not too expensive, a great place to have next door. Unit is less than a 10 minute stroll down the beach to the bigger resorts on West Bay beach but feels a world away. You could go days without wearing anything on your feet.The property management is great. John runs the unit for the owners (as well as other units) and is on site constantly. He is very helpful and informative, offers fishing trips on his boat, and generally always there for you for anything you need, communicating very quickly via Whatsapp.The small pool is great to have especially if you have kids (we were there with a 10 year old). The ocean water out front is very shallow for a long way out but you need to find the sandy patches to not be standing in sea grass (not a problem). Snorkeling right in front of the unit possible but there is a boat/jet ski channel right off shore so best to get some advice on where and how to go snorkeling.As advertised the unit has kayaks, paddleboards (though those did not have any rudders), beach chairs BBQ, lots and lots of available towels, a great washer/dryer, etc."
