Beautiful Updated Gulf Front Condo ~ 3BR 3BA ~ Keyless Entry ~ Lighthouse 704

Thank you for visiting our Lighthouse 704 condo in beautiful Gulf Shores. This unit is located on the 7th floor and features beautiful décor and furnishings. We live in Gulf Shores and take pride in caring for our units to ensure our guests have a great experience. We inspect our units frequently and enjoy adding the little touches that make the condo warm and inviting. We also own unit 712. You can view all our units on our FB page "Gulf Shores Vacation."

An oversized beach front private balcony with a panoramic view of emerald green water and white sandy beaches can be accessed from both the living room and master bedroom. You are just steps away from white sandy beaches and warm gulf waters. The Gulf Front balcony is large and includes a table seating for four, two chairs with a small table and a lounge chair. You can watch the sunrise over the gulf waters while you enjoy your morning coffee, watch the dolphins and enjoy glorious sunsets at the end of the day with a spectacular view.

The living room is equipped with a queen-size sleeper sofa, recliner and chair. The sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress making it much more comfortable than the old traditional and uncomfortable spring sofa mattresses that come with most. The living room is also equipped with a large flat screen smart TV, coffee table, end table and lamp.

The Kitchen includes granite countertops and all stainless appliances including a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric range and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials you need from pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, blender, crockpot, ect. There is a large pantry and lots of cabinets. The laundry room includes full-size washer and dryer plus an ironing board and iron.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, large dresser, two night stands with lamps, flat screen smart TV and private full size bathroom which includes a large walk-in tile shower. The sliding glass door opens to the balcony and also features black out drapes.

The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, dresser, night stand with lamp and a flat screen smart tv and access to the guest bathroom.

The third bedroom includes a twin over full size bunk bed, dresser, night stand with lamp, flat screen smart tv and is located next to the third bathroom.

Lighthouse offers two large outdoor pools (one of the pools being a zero entry shallow pool that is great for little ones), two hot tubs (one on each side of the building) heated indoor pool, sauna, exercise room overlooking the beach (5) elevators and wireless internet. There are grilling stations located on the west and east end of the building. There is a 2 car max - Parking passes can be purchased from the second floor office and are $50 each.

We also provide maintenance 24/7 during your stay ensuring that anything that should occur during your stay will be promptly taken care of.

Please note Lighthouse is a smoke free building. No smoking on balconies or the common areas. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc. Smoking is permitted at the designated smoking area located in the front east side of the building.
