This large private 4 bedroom home is perfect for a group of 8 and can accommodate up to 10 with children. **Additional charges apply to oversized groups please request quote for more details. Bedding, beds and supplies provided to reported size of group.

Home is Situated on Gulf Shores private drive and private beach. House is just steps from the beach with access on boardwalk

This home is only 3 miles from the HANG OUT restaurant party central and everything Gulf Shores has to offer.

Beach is considered private because access is only given to the few homes on this part of the beach. No over crowding, not even during summer!

#currentsituationgulfshores is a multilevel private home with panoramic views of both the beach and the lake lagoon.
The pier is private to our complex, and is great for fishing, swimming and use our kayak that is provided for your family water sports fun. There is also a pool in this small family complex of 6 homes. Outdoor shower, main floor walk in foyer with a garage door. Pull your coolers and toys right in and drop(provided). Park style grill on ground floor. Need charcoal (not provided).

This home has everything you need to be on vacation! We provide what you need to just show up and relax. Some pool toys, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, grill, coolers, strollers some here! (Pictured) not much tho just some stuff. Please replace anything you break, lose or trash.

Large private parking lot holds up to 6 vehicles.
This home has beach access just a few steps away across not busy west beach Blvd, pool access and lake lagoon access also just a few steps away.

Wifi and Cable are also included. 4 televisions, DVD player, high speed internet. All provided top floor has tv and dvd player.

2 refrigerators one main floor in kitchen and one in foyer ground level. No ice machine but 2 freezers. Grab a few bags of ice on your way in.

Front wrap around deck table and chairs. Up to 10 some outdoor chairs on site and provided. Additional seating in storage closet.

Second floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and full wrap around deck.
Bedroom 2 second floor master King bed with large closet, dresser and on suite full bathroom. Cable television. Access to deck and views.
Bedroom 3 second floor large room with 1 queen bed, 1 full and on suite spa bathroom. Closet and dressers. Shower and whirl pool tub. Cable television. Access to deck and views.

All the way at the top on the 3rd floor is the look out bedroom (bedroom #4). 3 of the 4 walls are windows with panoramic views of the beach. 2 roof top decks and nothing to obstruct your view!!!! Look out bedroom has a queen bed. Also Has a portable ac unit as well as central air. Lots of windows so additional air conditioning provided.

In total the home has 1 king, 3 queen beds, 1 full bed

All linens, towels and beach towels are provided and in home for the number of guests reserved in your group.

West Beach House

We really enjoyed our stay at Bre’s place. Easy beach access, quiet, and Bre was a wonderful host. If in the area again, I would definitely stay at the west beach house.

Current Situation was perfect for our needs. Bre was responsive and despite a hiccup with the oven, the place was really nice. Easy check in and check out. The house is right across the street and up a boardwalk onto the beach.

Great Thanksgiving

My husband, daughter and her husband and 2 grandsons, one with his fiancé were in the house and there was plenty of room for us all. My husband uses a wheelchair and the elevator made our stay very easy with him. The beach access was great, just cross the road and you were there. Thank you Bre for allowing us to stay in your home. It made our Thanksgiving a special time.

Vacation at West Beach

We had a very nice stay. House is well appointed. Kitchen has all the need items. Deck on top level needs some attention, some rotting wood. Numerous lights out throughout the home, especially on the outside. Bre was very communicative. Our dog had a blast as did we.

Short walk to a beautiful beach!

This house was perfect for our family of seven adults. The walk to the beach is very short and the view from the upper deck is priceless. The description in the listing is accurate; everything you possibly need is there waiting for you.

Great for families

We enjoyed the location and space of this house. Pet friendly, in which we loved. Kitchen well equipped, plenty of towels and washcloths in bathrooms. Only negatives were loose boards on the main deck, doors sometimes hard to open and housekeeping could definitely improve. Windows dirty, hard to see through. Bathrooms need cleaned better and updated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

This was a semi last minute booking due to a problem at another place. It was clean. It was comfortable with 10 people for an evening. Beds were comfortable. Communication with owners was excellent. We had to add another night because of flight issues and it was resolved quickly. One of the better places I’ve stayed through VRBO😁

This place was perfect for our group of 8 adults. The first floor has a living room, kitchen/dining area, bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom. Beautiful View!!

This was the perfect location for our group of 9 to stay. Not only do You have a beautiful view of the ocean just across the street, but you can also enjoy the private fishing pier on the other side. There is a great place to store your beach and fishing equipment at the bottom of the stairs. And a plus was the additional beach chairs/toys that are provided. We have stayed in this area before, but we will definitely stay in this house again. Plenty of room for each family and a gorgeous view from the top floor bedroom.

Beach views, fishing and a pool!

Beach, pool and fishing dock were great! House was fine but needed some extra cleaning. Problem with one of the TVs that was not resolved but all in all we had a great time together at this home. Some of the pics were old and showed outdoor seating that was no longer there. Exterior is rough and could use some work. The pool was never crowed and we really enjoyed that too!

Good stay

Great response from local house contacts. They were delightful and were immediately attentive to our needs, as was the house owner. Very close to beautiful clean beach with shells and lovely white sand. Bay on the other side of the development with a nice small pool and great dock. About 3-4 miles from “downtown”. Very nice dog park near a lovely pool and workout center. Met nice people and dogs there. Check out Hazels Nook for wonderful local eatery. Good food, good service, good menus and breakfast and lunch bar. Fresh by order omelet bar. We will go again.

Thanksgiving Fun 🦃❄️

Lovely time in Gulf Shores! House was great and the elevator really made bringing in luggage and groceries a breeze. Grandmother is in a wheelchair and she was able to go to each floor with ease. Wish the weather was warmer to enjoy the beach more but we got some great family time in around the pretty fireplace! Good times! Only negative is the 1st floor queen bed is uncomfortable and hard. House was lovely! Would love to come back in warmer months to enjoy the cute pool and dock! Good times! Thank you!

There wasn’t any outside shower as advertised. There was something black in one of the glasses that looked like it could have been dried cigarette ashes. Location was good, the biggest issue was the mold or musty smell was very strong throughout the house, also we couldn’t use the elevator

Great location - house repairs/cleanliness improvements needed

We loved the location of this house. Access to the beach was very convenient and the beach wasn't crowded at all here. Pool and dock were very nice as well. I would have expected the house to be in a better state of repair and cleanliness for the price. The house definitely needed some love - maintenance needed to decking, bathrooms, kitchen, beds - and the cleanliness wasn't to the standards I expected so I had to mop/clean after arriving. However, with regard to the cleanliness, I didn't see a note from the housekeeper until the end of our stay to call if cleanliness did not meet expectations. While I wouldn't expect to have to call for another cleaning, at least the offer was there had I seen it earlier.

Good beach access

Bathroom access was outside the bedroom for three of the four bedrooms, which was less than optimal. Hurricane shield outside second floor bedroom would not fully retract and banged loudly against the windows when the wind was high. Elevator came in handy at checkout, but did not know how to get to the first floor elevator room when we got there so couldn’t use it at check in. It was hidden in the toy closet outside. Would have appreciated better instructions for finding the ground floor elevator room. Nice to have two refrigerators. Need more than one deck chair and a safety gate on second floor deck. Also would’ve appreciated info on where the beach access boardwalk was located. It was very close to the cottage, but we had to find it(like the elevator). Pleasant stay overall.

Just mediocre

The house has all the amenities. The elevator sold us because of bad backs and knees. I couldn’t tell you if the floors had been mopped before our visit, but our feet were filthy walking around the house. The garden tub looked as though it had never had bleach run through it to clean out the jets, but that didn’t matter because the knobs both fell off in our hands. The beds were awful. Uncomfortable and loose slats. The cheapest mattresses on the market. The downstairs tub had no faucet! The hole had been taped over where it had been. You could only shower in it. It’s a good thing we could laugh about it all, because it was less than ideal and less than what we expected.

Things you should know before you go

We had multiple issues with the HVAC, which caused trouble with people sleeping at night. Eventually, the situation got resolved, but at one point the property owner said we could just leave and be refunded the next night. They also have a lot of house rules that I have never dealt with in all my times of renting on VRBO. For example, all towels and washcloths must be washed and dried and folded before you leave the property. How is that possible? When check out is at 11 AM? So we literally left without being able to brush our teeth, wash our faces or take baths. There were signs of mold around the HVAC vents upstairs. That started a disagreement with the property owner and my wife. We will not use this property again. our entire family was disappointed with the HVAC issues and check out process rules. The property definitely needs some TLC. I would judge this place by the pictures you see on the app because they are probably old. The saltwater and humidity are rough on beach properties so they need constant maintenance. Luckily, we were still able to be together as a family and have a Nice time at the beach. We stayed away from The property as much as we could. We basically had somebody out to do something almost every day we were there. Definitely overpriced for what you get.
