    This beautiful beachfront condo has a lovely view of the Gulf and a spacious interior. Bright and airy on the inside with new paint and furnishings, this condo invokes the spirit of vacation fun. Enjoy sipping a favorite beverage from the beach-view balcony, lounging in the living area after a full day, and preparing meals together in the well-equipped kitchen. Additional perks include direct beach access, a private washer/dryer, and central air conditioning.



    Not only will you be steps from white sand beaches, but you’ll also be near an array of activities, including hiking and biking trails, water activities like boating and kayaking, and other recreational activities like tennis, golf, and mini-golf.

Communication with host and location was excellent! Room was just ok. Felt like we could fall through the floors and it had several things broken. The blinds didn’t close in main room for privacy, electrical outlets out of wall (not ideal for kids!), stove eye broken, towel rack broken, and rocking chair broken. Just needs to be updated. Did get the job done for the price though! We would come back, just look for a nicer room.

There was a large dog in the rooms above us (208) for the 1st 2 days. Dog barked loudly when tenants weren't there.....which was alot. Very unpleasant and disturbing. The last night, a family with a toddler checked in. The toddler was CONSTANTLY running up and down the length of 208. After the 1st half hour, I went upstairs to ask them to please stop the running. Ot slowed but didn't stop. Next morning we were awakened by constant running/stomping overhead . These 2 issues RUINED our visit. I thought no animals was a rule, by the way. NEVER AGAIN at this property.
