Beautifully Remodeled - Short Walk to Beach!

Completely renovated, Seabreeze features new floors throughout, island kitchens with granite countertops and updated bathrooms with stylized walk-in showers and vanities. Seabreeze is a stacked duplex with separate upper and lower levels which makes it perfect for two families to enjoy a wonderful vacation together. Each level has a similar floor plan with three bedrooms, two full baths, a well equipped kitchen and a laundry room.
We are conveniently located only 200 yards from the beautiful sand and surf of West Beach in Gulf Shores . Just a short three minute walk to the public beach access at 13th St. The property is conveniently located just two miles west of Hwy 59.
You now can enjoy an early morning walk, jog or bike on the recently completed bike/walk path that passes by our home.

Seabreeze has separate upper and lower levels. Each level has a similar floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
Each level has:
- Each Level has Approx 1300 sq ft with large French doors opening on to the front covered decks.
- Large Main Bedrooms with King-Sized beds, Smart TV, full private bath and porch
- Two additional bedrooms each with queen beds on each level
- Queen Aerobed
- Full sized Washer and Dryer in each unit
- High Speed Wireless Internet throughout the home

Each level has a fully stocked kitchen, that has been totally remodeled with new floors, granite countertops and cabinets and new appliances. Dine at the large table or relax at the bar. Appliances include full-size refrigerator, Kitchen Aid Gas stove (upper unit), Electric stove (lower unit), microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, full sized washer and dryer and a margarita maker!.

The Main Bedroom, with French doors leads to a separate deck with a king-sized bed, a newly remodeled private bath and a large closet. A two-way gas log fireplace faces both the bedroom and the living room (upper unit), making this the perfect fall retreat as well.
There are five highly styled ceiling fans on each level and updated lighting throughout.

Additional amenities include wireless internet connection, Direct TV satellite service, two flat screen TV’s in each unit. A Gas BBQ grill and an outdoor hot/cold shower are provided for your use as well.

Our beach storage room has some sand toys and beach chairs for your use while staying at Seabreeze.

Covered parking is provided for up to 6 cars directly under the duplex (additional parking available).

This is a great property for multiple families vacationing together. The price indicated on the web site is for the rental of our entire home which includes both units of the duplex.

We came for the OBI truck show and this pace was perfect. Plenty of room to park lifted trucks under house and property is in a great location.

Family vacation

Our family stayed on both levels and this place was great! The location to the beach access is very convenient. The home was very comfortable we would like to rent it again when we come to Gulf Shores.

great location, very convenient and it was very close to the beach area, the location of the property is very quiet and i would stay there few more time, the only thing that I didn't like about VRBO and this property was that I had to pay an incidental fee, that is not something I am used to doing when using the competitor sights, this was my first time using VRBO and if I have to always pay a non refundable incidental fee I will not be booking with them anymore in the near future for any of their properties, but getting back to it this property served our purpose and it was nice

Nice stay, conveniently located

This was a nice property within a 4 minute walk to the beach. It was nicely situated for access to Orange Beach and Foley. The unit itself was tastefully decorated and very nice. Would stay there again. Safe neighborhood and quiet neighbors.

Fourth of July Stay

What a wonderful property! It is just as described- close walk to the beach, clean, and the perfect location of being close to shops, the Hangout, and restaurants. It is very spacious and was easy to come and go. This was my third time vacationing in Gulf Shores and this place was my favorite. John was easy to reach and super friendly. If you are on the fence about booking this location, just do it!

Fun Family Vacay

Excellent location, reasonable accommodations, listing accurate. Did have bed linens with small blood stains from previous tenants, but there really wasn't much else of concern. Owners were always quick to respond and worked with us to extemd our trip an extra day.

Wonderful Trip

The house had more than enough room for our family trip. Clean home close to everything my elderly mother-in-law can't stop talking about our trip to Gulf Shores and the beautiful home we stayed in. Will stay again. Everything was wonderful.

Great Location

This duplex was very spacious; parking was good for a large family; kitchen was stocked every utensil you would need, clean and a short walk to the beach. There was a small problem with ants in the kitchen, we woke up to ants all over our sugar and cereal. The owner was very responsive and sent out pest control who only came out to spray on the outside of the property. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and will revisit in the near future.

Perfect, clean, close to the beach

Highly recommend this vacation home. Our extended family always take a week and come from Louisiana, N Carolina and Florida to spend a week together. This trip there were 11 of us. With 6 bedrooms and two kitchens we had enough space to have an enjoyable stay. And the beach is so close, it was quite perfect. Thanks for the chance to stay in this beach paradise. And the owner was great about communication only a text away.

Great place for a large family.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a perfect space for our large family! Close walk to the beach! Loved having multiple bathrooms and common areas for congregating. Ample parking area. The ac worked well, washer and dryer, dishwasher, ice maker, and ample kitchen tools/appliances all in great condition. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again. If your looking for something with a lot of space, this place is a bargain!!

Great time

Great location! The owner was super helpful answering my numerous, probably annoying, questions. Which I greatly appreciated! We had both rentals. They were nice and clean. The kitchen had most everything you could want. There were several beach chairs, beach, umbrella, beach wagon. It was just a really nice day. Would definitely stay again.

Wedding Weekend

My large family and I rented the entire home for an extended weekend and we loved it. Although it is not on the beach, its location is still great. Short walk to the beach or lagoon. The decor and home updates were perfect and very relaxing. The beds were comfortable and everything was in working order. The only issue we came across was a lock issue with the lower unit but it was easily and quickly remedied, thanks to the speedy response from the home owner, who was very helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

Ideal location!!! Highly recommend. John communicates very well & responded back timely. When we Reached out about possible early check in as our sons family with infant arrived early. Easy SHORT Walking distance from the beach.Parking right around the corner for 15.00day right across the street from beach walkway. Had All the amenities to prep & feed 4 generations of family members. Short drive to variety of restaurants if that’s your preference. Even offered beach chairs, inflatable tire Floats, sand toys, garden hose was nice to fill inflatable pool; we brought, for the little ones. And a beach wagon to transport things. There is not a hot tub as listed under amenities which was not an issue for us

Excellent location

The location is great - about 4 minute walk to beach or easy access to lagoon park. Very well stocked with kitchen equipment (glasses, pots, pans, blender, crock pot, accessories, etc.) however no consumables at all (no salt/pepper). Appliances were good quality. Home was in good condition and clean. Most of the towels are hotel pool style towels (small) so I would suggest bringing your own bath towels in addition to beach towels. There is not a hot tub or whirlpool tub - top unit has 2 showers. Bottom unit has one bathroom with one shower and one bathroom with a tub and separate small shower. There is an open outdoor shower and foot hose. There was a variety of beach toys/shovels and quite a few beach chairs. The surrounding residential area was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the absolute best time last week. It was a short walk to the beach and the house was perfect. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and we had lots of room for everyone. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great stay and super close to the beach!

We had a small family gathering and this set up was perfect for our family with one group occupying upstairs and the rest of us is the lower unit. We found it super easy to cook and clean. A great amount of space. Excellent location - the walk to the beach was just a few blocks away and the drive to access other attractions was easy.
