Unique Beach Cottage with pool and easy beach access

  • Unique beach home recently remodeled. New AC unit just installed (May ‘24). Large wrap around deck with swimming pool directly behind the house (pool is shared with a small association in the complex). Owned beach access located directly across West Beach Blvd providing a fast and easy walk to the beach. Located just ten blocks from downtown Gulf Shores where you will find all the shops, stores, restaurants, and festivals. Sleeps seven. King bed in master with queen and twin bunks in second bedroom. Equipped with all new bedding and three Vizio flat screen tv's for your viewing pleasure. Computer work station with wifi. Fully equipped kitchen. Just bring the groceries, a smile, and have a great stay at Sea & Sun #7! Families with parents present or groups 25 and over only.
